 Վերջին երեք ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի բյուջեի եկամուտները 45 տոկոսով նվազել են: Պետական բյուջեի նկատմամբ պարտավորությունները միայն հուլիսին 38 տոկոսով չի կատարվել:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով meydan TV  հեռուստաալիքի կայքը, facebook-ի իր էջում գրառել է ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը:

Ըստ Նեմաթ Ալիեւի` հուլիսին Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջե մուտք է գործել 874 մլն մանաթ, սակայն, բյուջեի մասին օրենքով հաստատված կանխատեսումային ցուցանիշների համաձայն, այդ չափը պետք է լինել 1,4 մլրդ մանաթ:

«Նշանակում է` հուլիսի համար պարտավորվածությունը 38 տոկոսով չի կատարվել: Մայիս-հուլիս ամիսներին բյուջե 4,2 մլրդ մանաթ մուտքի փոխարեն հնարավոր է եղել ընդամենը 2,3 մլրդ մանաթ գումար ձեռք բերել: Վերջին երեք ամիսներին բյուջե մուտքերը 1,9 մլրդ մանաթով կամ 45 տոկոսով պակասել են: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, վերջին 7 ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի բյուջե 2,8 մլրդ մանաթ կամ 29 տոկոս պակաս եկամուտ է մուտք գործել», -հայտնել է Նեմաթ Ալիեւը:

Նա նաեւ հավելել է, որ վերջին 7 ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի բյուջեի ճեղքվածքը ՀՆԱ-ում 3,7 տոկոսով մեծացել է, ինչը սակայն, բյուջեի մասին օրենքով սահմանվել էր 2,9 տոկոս կամ տարեկան 1,7 մլրդ մանաթ:

«Ազադլըգ»-ը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակմանը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառության դրական հաշվեմնացորդը 50 տոկոսով նվազել է: Այս տարվա հունվար-հունիս ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառությունը կազմել է 10 մլրդ 325,9 մլն դոլար: Արդյունքում 2 մլրդ 231,5 մլն դոլարի դրական առեւտրային հաշվեմնացորդ է ստեղծվել, ինչը կիսով չափ պակաս է անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ:  

Թերթը նաեւ հայտնել է, որ 2016 թվականի հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին Բաքվի ֆոնդային բորսայի ընդհանուր շրջանառությունը, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, 3.2 անգամ նվազել է:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել են, որ անցյալ տարվանից նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման հետեւանքով ադրբեջանական մանաթի արդեն մոտ 200 տոկոսով արժեզրկման պատճառով 2016 թվականի սկզբից մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն 40 տոկոսով նվազել է, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունն սկսել է արագորեն անկում ապրել:
