Ջուրը եռացնել, վերցնել կրակից ու ավելացնել մաղադանոսը։ Թողնել այն 20 րոպե, ապա քամել։
Արագ արդյունքների համար խմել այս խառնուրդից օրական 4 բաժակ՝ 1 շաբաթ շարունակ։  Այն անհրաժեշտ  է խմել թարմ պատրաստված վիճակում՝ տաք կամ սառը։ Զգալի թեթևացում կզգաք արդեն 3-րդ օրը, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել բուժումը ևս 4 օր։ Ամբողջական բուժումը կտևի մոտ 1 շաբաթ։
