Newsyou.info-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ գիտնականները նոր հետազոտություն են անցկացրել կանաչ սուրճի հատիկների ազդեցության վերաբերյալ: Պարզվել է, որ դրանց կանոնավոր օգտագործումը կարող է հանգեցնել քաշի կայուն նվազեցման:

22 շաբաթ տևած հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են 22-46 տարեկան 16 տղամարդ և կին, որոնք տառապել են ավելորդ քաշից: Նրանք բոլորն էլ այդ ընթացքում միջին հաշվով կորցրել են 4.5 կիլոգրամ քաշ, ինչը տեղի է ունեցել միայն շնորհիվ այն բանի, որ նրանք օգտագործել են կանաչ սուրճի հատիկներ:

Հետազոտության մասնակիցները չեն փոխել իրենց սննդակարգն ու կենսակերպը, նրանց ֆիզիկական ակտիվության մակարդակը մնացել է նույնը, ինչպես եղել է մինչ հետազոտությունը:

Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ նրանց նիհարելու այդ էֆեկտը կապված է եղել քլորոգեն թթվի հետ, որն առկա է կանաչ սուրճի հատիկներում: Այն ազդել է օրգանիզմի կողմից գլյուկոզայի սպառման վրա, ինչն էլ իր հերթին օգնել է նվազեցնել քաշը:
