Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն օգոստոսի 29-ին հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ անտառային մրգերի և հատապտուղների մթերմանը վերաբերող հարցեր քննարկելու նպատակով:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Վարչապետը, նախ, իր դժգոհությունն է հայտնել շրջանների վարչակազմերի ղեկավարներին՝ հարցի կապակցությամբ տեղերում պատշաճ մակարդակով կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներ չիրականացնելու պատճառով:

«Մենք նախապես հայտարարել էինք, որ պահածոների գործարանների հետ համապատասխան պայմանավորվածություններ ենք ձեռք բերել՝ հանրապետությունում մշակվող մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը մթերելու շուրջ: Կառավարությունն այդ հարցում հանդես էր եկել նախաձեռնությամբ, որպեսզի ժամանակին հավաքված բերքը հասցվի գործարաններ՝ առանց քանակական սահմանափակումների: Սակայն գործընթացն առ այսօր շատ դանդաղ է ընթանում»,- ասել է վարչապետը և հորդորել ներկաներին համայնքների ղեկավարների միջոցով բնակչության հետ ավելի ակտիվ աշխատել:

Ա.Հարությունյանը շեշտադրել է, որ բնակչության հետ հանդիպումներում հաճախ է հարց բարձրացվել անտառային հատապտուղների մթերման մասին, որը կարող է լրացուցիչ եկամուտի աղբյուր դառնալ: Այս տարվանից, վարչապետի խոսքով, կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ մթերող ընկերությունների կողմից միջինից բարձր գնով անսահմանափակ ծավալներով կընդունվի մասուր, մոշ, հոն, տանձ, խնձոր և անտառային այլ հատապտուղներ ու մրգեր, որոնց տեղափոխումը համայնքներից-գործարաններ կիրականացվի պետական միջոցներով:

Գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ մասուրի հավաքման աշխատանքներում այս տարվանից կընդգրկվեն նաև համապատասխան տարիքի դպրոցականները:  «Աշխատանքներում դպրոցականների ընդգրկման նպատակը ոչ այնքան հատապտուղների հավաքումն է, այլ ավելի շատ՝ դպրոցական տարիքից երեխայի մեջ գումար վաստակելու դաստիարակության ապահովումը: Իսկ հավաքված բերքի դիմաց, կառավարության կողմից տրամադրված միջոցներով, ավելի բարձր գին կվճարվի»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը և հավելել, որ պետք է օգտվել ընձեռված հնարավորությունից, հատկապես, որ նշված հատապտուղների մե ծ մասն աշնան սեզոնին է հասունանում:
