«Առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանների դատավորները նեղսրտած են։ Բանն այն Է, որ «Սասնա ծռերի» անդամներին և այդ օրերի ակցիաների կազմակերպիչներին ձերբակալելիս ու դատարան կալանքի սանկցիայի համար դիմելիս ապացույցների խնդիր Է եղել, հաճախ կալանքի սանկցիա են տվել պարզապես նախաքննական մարմնի գրության և վերևից իջած հրահանգի պատճառով։ Եվ այս դեպքերի միջազգային խիստ արձագանքի պարագայում դժվար Է մարդկանց առանց որևէ հիմքի երկար ժամանակ կալանքի տակ պահել։ Ուստի կրկին վերևից եկած հրահանգով վերաքննիչ դատարանը կալանքները փոխարինում է գրավով, թեև Անդրիաս Ղուկասյանի դեպքում չարեցին։ «Մեզ պադստավկա արեցին, եթե որոշել էին կալանավորել և վստահ էին, որ իրենք ճիշտ են, թող մինչև վերջ տանեին, ոչ թե ասեին՝ կալանքի սանկցիա տվեք, ու տանեին վերաքննիչ՝ բեկանեին, ամեն մի բեկանված որոշումը մեր վրա չեպե է, ու եթե օրենքով շարժվել, ապա այնտեղ ոմանց դեպքում կալանքի սանկցիան ամենամեծ ցանկության դեպքում անգամ անհնարին էր»,– անկեղծացել է Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն դատարանի դատավորներից մեկը, որը կալանքի սանկցիա է տվել»,–գրում է թերթը։
