Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն օգոստոսի 31-ին ընդունել է Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամության լիգայի նախագահ Սեիշիրո Էտոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով պատվիրակության առաջին այցը Հայաստան՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Ճապոնիան առանձնահատուկ տեղ է զբաղեցնում Արևելյան Ասիայի երկրների հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերություններում, և մեր երկիրը ձգտում է համակողմանի ու փոխշահավետ գործակցություն զարգացնել բարեկամ Ճապոնիայի հետ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Սեիշիրո Էտոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան նոր խթան կհաղորդի երկու երկրների միջխորհրդարանական կապերի սերտացմանը՝ որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելով այդ ոլորտում հայ-ճապոնական համագործակցությունը:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները երկուստեք հաճույքով են հիշել 2012թ. ՀՀ Նախագահի` Ճապոնիա կատարած պաշտոնական այցը, որը, նրանց համոզմամբ, նոր հնարավորություններ բացեց երկկողմ համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման և խորացման համար:

Ճապոնիա-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամության լիգայի նախագահ Սեիշիրո Էտոն, կարևորելով խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը միջպետական հարաբերություններում, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել անել ամեն հնարավորը ակտիվացնելու խորհրդարանականների միջև շփումներն ու նպաստելու հայ-ճապոնական միջխորհրդարանական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, ինչպես նաև այդ ամենը ամուր հիմք դարձնելու երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման համար:

Կողմերը քննարկել են փոխշահավետ տարբեր ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում փոխգործակցության զարգացման հնարավորություններն ու առկա ներուժը:
