ԱԺ նոր կանոնակարգ-օրենքի նախագիծն առաջիկայում կներկայացվի խմբակցություններին

Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովն ակտիվ աշխատում է ԱԺ նոր կանոնակարգ-օրենքի նախագծի վրա: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը նշեց, որ առաջիկայում նախագիծն ուղարկելու են խորհրդարանական խմբակցություններ, որպեսզի պատգամավորներն էլ ծանոթանան նախագծին, որից հետո այն կդրվի շրջանառության մեջ:

«Սա բոլորովին այլ նախագիծ է, որով կանոնակարգվելու են մեր նոր Սահմանադրությունից բխող կետերը: Մենք շատ պարզ մի տրամաբանություն ենք դրել կանոնակարգ-օրենքի հիմքում՝ այն պետք է լինի հեշտ և մատչելի: Այն պետք է ապահովի օրենսդրական գործընթացները»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Սահակյանը:

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ կարևոր փոփոխություն կարող է մատնանշել ԱԺ կանոնակարգ-օրենքի նոր նախագծում, Սահակյանը պատասխանեց, որ բոլորն էլ կարևոր փոփոխություններ են: «Օրինակ, կարևոր է քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ներդրումը, որի դեպքում այլևս պատգամավորները ստիպված չեն լինի անցնել ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովներ ստեղծելու երկարատև գործընթացը: Գերմանիայում կարծիք կա, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովն այն սուրն է ընդդիմադիրների ձեռքին, որով նրանք միշտ կարող են իրենց հարցերը լուծել: Հիմա մենք այս հանձնաժողովն ենք ներմուծում, որը դառնալու է ընդդիմության այն գործիքակազմը, որÕ « միջոցով նրանք կկարողանան բարձրացնել իրենց  հուզող հարցերը»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննես Սահակյանը:
