Վանաձորում երեկ ընդդիմադիր երեք ուժերի` ԲՀԿ-ի, ՀԱԿ-ի և «Ժառանգության» հանրահավաքի ընթացքում ելույթ ունեցավ նաև ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը: ԱԺ պատգամավորն իր ելույթի սկզբում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց վանաձորցիներին, ովքեր չեն վախեցել, իր բնորոշմամաբ, տեղի իշխանիկներից և եկել են լսելու երեք քաղաքական ուժերին, -այս մասին հայտնում է ORER.am-ը:
Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն իր ելույթում ասաց, որ Վանաձոր ժամանած տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր, տարբեր ժամանակներում, տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ տարակարծություններ են ունեցել, սակայն մեկ հարցում նրանք միասնական են. «Այստեղ են երեք քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք տարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ, տարբեր ժամանակներում, և միգուցե այսօր ևս, տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ տարակարծություններ ունեն, բայց մեկ հարցում այսօր մենք միասնական ենք և այդ մեկ ամենակարևոր հարցն է, որ միավորել է այսօր երեք քաղաքական ուժերի: Այս իշխանությունը երկիրը տարել է կործանման, այս իշխանությունը երկիրը հասցրել է փակուղի և այս իշխանությունը պիտի հեռանա: Սա է քաղաքական օրակարգը, որն այստեղ միավորել է երեք քաղաքական ուժերի: Անգամ մեր թշնամիները, երբ հանդիպում ենք միջազգային կառույցներում, մեզ ասում են` արդյո՞ ք նրանք չեն ձեր իշխանությունները, որոնք ամեն ինչ անում են, որ դուք արտագաղթեք: Սիրելի ժողովո՛ւրդ, հայ ժողովուրդը պատմության մեջ մնալու է տոկոսի տակ մնացած ժողովուրդ: Միայն թշնամին կարող է սեփական ժողովրդի հետ վարվել այնպես, ինչպես այս իշխանությունն է վարվում: Միայն թշնամին կարող է անել այնպես, որ օրական 300-400 ՀՀ քաղաքացի մազապուրծ փախնի այս երկրից: Միայն թշնամին կարող է սեփական ժողովրդի հետ վարվել այնպես, որ վարկերի, տոկոսների տակ մնա ժողովուրդը: Միայն թշնամին կարող է ժողովրդին ստիպել այդպես անել, քաղաքացին կամ արտագաղթի, կամ ինքնասպան լինի: Իրենք թաքցնում են նաև ինքնասպանության իրական պատճառները»:
Անդրադառնալով իշխանության կողմից անընդհատ մեջբերվող Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն ասաց, որ իշխանությունն այդ անում է իր վերարտադրման համար և երկրի խնդիրը ոչ թե անկատար Սահմանադրությունն է, այլ անկատար իշխանությունը. «Սահմանդրության վրա թքած իշխանությունը բարոյական որևէ իրավունք չունի մտածելու Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասին: Այս գործող Սահմանադրությամբ էլ մենք կարող ենք ունենալ արդար երկիր, եթե ունենաք արդար իշխանություն, իսկ արդար իշխանություն կարող ենք ունենալ միայն ձեր աջակցությամբ:
Մեր թիկունքին պիտի կանգնեք դուք: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ դուք հիասթափություն եք ապրել, բայց մենք հասկանում ենք, թե ինչպիսի վարչակարգի հետ գործ ունենք, միայն միասին մենք կարող ենք հաղթել, միայն մենք կարող ենք ետ բերել հայրենիքը լքած հայերին: Մենք ձեզ հուսախաբ չենք անելու, մենք առաջնորդելու ենք ձեզ, բայց միայն ձեր վստահությամբ կարող ենք հաղթել: Ուստի` հոկտեմբերի 10-ին, Ազատության հրապարակում միասին սկսելու ենք մեր հաղթարշավը»:
