«Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանը երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, որ խոսակցությունները, թե ինքը պաշտոնը լքելուց առաջ միտումնավոր բարձրացրել է քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը ու վճարումը չի ապահովել, որպեսզի հաջորդ քաղաքապետը խնդիրներ ունենա, բանսարկություն են։ Հիշեցնենք, Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցները տևական ժամանակ աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել։ Ըստ Սամվել Դարբինյանի, վերջին 4 տարիների ընթացքում Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմում ոչ մի դրամ աշխատավարձ չի բարձրացվել։ «Աշխատավարձի պարտքերն առաջացել են մինիմալ աշխատավարձի բարձրացումից, նաև գազի, լույսի գների բարձրացումից, բայց քանի որ հողի հարկի և գույքահարկի վարձավճարները ազգաբնակչությունը հիմնականում վճարում է տարվա վերջին՝ նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին, մենք նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին աշխատավարձի առաջացած պարտքը կփակենք։ Նաև կառավարությունը խոստացել է մինչև 120 միլիոն դրամ տալ, և մենք այլևս խնդիր չենք ունենա աշխատավարձերի հետ։ Այս պահը մի քիչ դժվարացել է, բայց մենք ամեն ամիս էլի աշխատավարձերը կտանք, այնպես որ տարվա վերջին մենք աշխատավարձի պարտք չենք ունենա»,– ասաց Սամվել Դարբինյանը։ Նա հայտարարեց, որ ոչ թե մտածում է եկող քաղաքապետին վնաս տալու, այլ քաղաքին օգնելու մասին։ «Ինձ պետք չի, որ իմ քաղաքը, իմ ժողովուրդը վատ վիճակի մեջ ընկնի։ Ինձ պետք է, որ մեր քաղաքի ազգաբնակչությանը միշտ ավելի բարեկեցիկ, ավելի լավ, ավելի բարձր աշխատավարձերով աշխատանք ունենա, նաև բարեկարգ քաղաք ունենանք, ժողովուրդն իրեն լավ զգա այս քաղաքում»,– ասաց Դարբինյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
