Ապրիլյան դեպքերի մասնակից 14 զորացրված զինվորներ ծրագրավորման հմտություններ են ստանում Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության կրթական ծրագրի շրջանակներում: 

Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ԻՏՁՄ գործադիր տնօրեն Կարեն Վարդանյանը՝ նշելով, որ երիտասարդները ուշիմ են ու արագորեն յուրացնում են մատուցվող դասերը: «Մենք նախապատրաստվում ենք լայնածավալ ծրագիր սկսել հոկտեմբերին: Շրջաններում, քանի որ ունենք ինժեներական լաբորատորիաներ, փորձում ենք այդ լաբորատորիաների ներուժն օգտագործել հանրության մի շարք խմբերին կրթություն տալու ու սկսնակ ծրագրավորողներ ստեղծելու հարցում: Մեր թիրախը երեք խմբեր են՝ բանակից զորացրվածները. ոչ միայն ապրիլյան դեպքերի մասնակից, նաև դրանից առաջ, ովքեր ցանկանում են մասնագիտությունը փոխել կամ կրթություն ստանալ: Երկրորդ խումբը մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ հաշմանդամ-վիրավոր դարձածների բարեկամներն ու ընտանիքի անդամներն են, ովքեր ցանկանում են մասնագիտություն ստանալ ու կերակրող ձեռք դառնալ: Երրորդը` զոհվածի ընտանիքի անդամներն են»,-ասաց Կարեն Վարդանյանը: 

Ծրագրի իրականացման գործում, ըստ ԻՏՁՄ գործադիր տնօրենի, մեծ է զինկոմիսարիատների և Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության դերը: «Առաջինները տեղեկացնում են զինվորներին ծրագրի մասին, իսկ Զբաղվածության գործակալությունը, քանի որ եռամսյա կուրսեր ֆինանսավորելու հնարավորություն ունի, թեթևացնում է մեր բեռը: Բացի այդ` բազմաթիվ աջակիցներ ունենք, ովքեր օգնում են մյուս երեք ամիսներին ուսուցիչներին վարձատրելու հարցում»,-ավելացրեց Կարեն Վարդանյանը:

Նա կարևոր է համարում հանգամանքը, որ բանակից վերադարձող ամեն երիտասարդ իմանա, որ կարող է ընդգր կվել կրթական ծրագրում, դառնալ մասնագետ և աշխատանք գտնել աճող տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում: «Աշխատանքի հնարավորությունները լայն են՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ ոլորտում մասնագետները միշտ լինելու են պահանջարկված, բացի դրանից` օգնելու ենք, որ այդ երիտասարդները պրակտիկա անցնեն տարբեր ընկերություններում»,-նշեց Վարդանյանը: 

Անդրադառնալով ՏՏ ոլորտի ու Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությանը՝ Կարեն Վարդանյանը նկատեց, որ այն բավականին ինտենսիվ է դարձել՝ շնորհիվ նոր փոխնախարար Դավիթ Փախչանյանի: Բացի այդ՝ ապրիլյան դեպքերը ստիպել են, որ հասարակության գիտակցությունում փոփոխություններ լինեն, ու նրանցից շատերը պատրաստակամ են աջակցել Հայաստանի պաշտպանողականության ամրապնդման աշխատանքներին:
