G20-ի արդյունքներ. ԱՄՆ-ն և ՌԴ-ն թևակոխել են հարաբերությունների կառուցողական փուլ

Սեպտեմբերի 4-5- ը՝ Չինաստանի Հանչժոու քաղաքում, կայացավ Մեծ քսանյակի (G20) հերթական գագաթաժողովը: Գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում ուշադրության կենտրոնում են եղել սիրիական հակամարտությունը, ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը, փախստականների խնդիրը և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը: Քննարկվել է նաև աշխարհում առկա մակրոտնտեսական իրավիճակը, վերջինիս զարգացմանը խթանող հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև ինովացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հարցը:

Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է նշել, որ բացի Մեծ քսանյակի բուն աշխատանքներից, գագաթաժողովը լավ հարթակ է հանդիսացել նաև գերտերությունների ղեկավարների երկկողմ հանդիպումներ իրականացնելու համար:

Այս առումով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը գագաթաժողովի ամենաակտիվ ներկայացուցիչներից մեկն էր: ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը G20 շրջանակներում երկկողմ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Չինաստանի նախագահի, ՄԲ վարչապետի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի թագաժառանգի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի, Գերմանիայի կանցլերի, Եգիպտոսի նախագահի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հետ:

Առավել մեծ ուշադրություն է հատկացվել Պուտին-Օբամա հանդիպմանը, քանի որ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում երկկողմ հանդիպում իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ նախնական պայմանավորվածություն չկար: Գագաթաժողովի մեկնարկից ժամեր անց ՌԴ նախագահի մամլո-քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ի և ՌԴ-ի նախագահները պայմանավորվել են սեպտեմբերի 5-ին առանձնազրույց ունենալու շուրջ:

Մինչ ԱՄՆ-ի և ՌԴ-ն նախագահների հանդիպումը, կայացել է նաև ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի և ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերրիի հանդիպումը: Վերջիններս քննարկել են սիրիական հակամարտության հաղթահարման ուղիները: Bloomberg պարբերականի տեղեկություններով՝ կողմերը չեն կարողացել համաձայնության գալ ճգնաժամի կարգավորման հարցում և առաջիկա օրերին կարող են կրկին հանդիպել:

Ավելի ուշ ՌԴ նախագահի մամլո-քարտուղար Պեսկովը հայտարարեց, որ ՌԴ և ԱՄՆ նախագահները հանդիպման ընթացքում ևս քննարկել են սիրիական հակամարտությունն և ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը։ Պեսկովի խոսքով՝ հանդիպումն, ընդրանուր առմամբ, նախատեսվածից ավելի լավ է անցել:

Գագաթաժողովից հետո ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հարցերին պատասխանելիս հայտնել է, որ ՌԴ-ն պատրաստ է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կիսպաշտոնական հարաբերությունները կվերականգնվեն և ավելի կընդլայնվեն՝ հավելելով, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ՌԴ-ի «հիմնական գործընկերից» մեկն է համարվում, սակայն հարաբերությունների վերականգնման համար ԱՄՆ-ն պետք է չեղարկի ՌԴ նկատմամբ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցներն ու փոխզիջումների գնա:

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման իր հերթին հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն չի չեղարկի հակառուսական պատժամիջոցները, մինչև չիրացվի մինսկյան համաձայնագիրը՝ հավելելով, որ իրագործման ուղիները կհստակեցվեն մոտակա շաբաթների ընթացքում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Օբաման ՌԴ նախագահի հետ բանակցությունները «կառուցողական, բայց ոչ վերջնական» է որակել:
