ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նախաձեռնությամբ հատուկ այցով Երևանում է գտնվում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Հավասարության բաժնի խորհրդականը: Այցը կազմակերպվել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի միջև համագործակցության շրջանակներում:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

Այցի նպատակն է մշակել և իրականացնել Հայաստանում ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման համապարփակ ծրագիր՝ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի ներգրավմամբ:

Այսօր հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի, ինչպես նաև աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետագա համագործակցության ուղղությունները: Այցի շրջանակներում նախատեսված են նաև հանդիպումներ ՀՀ ոստիկանության, ՀՀ արդարադատության, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության, ՀՀ կանանց և տղամարդկանց հավասար հնարավորությունների ապահովման խորհրդի, ինչպես նաև հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որոնց ըն թացում կքննարկվեն մի շարք հիմնախնդիրներ՝ Հայաստանումընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման վերաբերյալ:

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել Կանանց նկատմամբ բռնության և ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման և դրա դեմ պայքարի մասին Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Ստամբուլի կոնվենցիայի դրույթների և ՀՀ օրենսդրության համապատասխանության ուսումնասիրություն, ինչպես նաև նպաստել ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման մասին օրենքի ընդունմանը: Ապագա ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կարողությունների բարձրացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներ: Հատուկ միջոցառումներ են նախատեսվում նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպությունների և զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ:
