ՀՀ վարչապետի թեկնածու Կարեն Կարապետյանը մոտ ժամանակներս կներկայացնի  մեր երկրի զարգացման վերաբերյալ ծրագիր, որը բաղկացած կլինի երկու փուլից։ Այդ մասին նա հայտնել է ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստում, որի ընթացքում քննարկել են նրա թեկնածությանը հավանություն տալու հարցը։

Կարեն Կարապետյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին եւ ՀՀԿ խորհրդի նիստի մասնակիցներին՝ վստահության համար: Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ ամեն ինչ կանի արդարացնելու այդ վստահությունը: Կարեն Կարապետյանը նաեւ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին՝ նրա աշխատանքի համար:

ՀՀ վարչապետի թեկնածուն նշել է, որ մոտ ժամանակներս կներկայացնի  մեր երկրի զարգացման վերաբերյալ ծրագիր, որը բաղկացած կլինի երկու փուլից: Առաջին փուլը կներառի այն հնարավոր արագ փոփոխություններն ու հաջողությունները, որոնք կարող են ինչ-որ առումով վստահություն եւ հավատ ներշնչել ծրագրի նկատմամբ, իսկ երկրորդ փուլը կլինի մեր երկրի հեռանկարային զարգացման տեսլականը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, թե շնորհակալ կլինի բոլոր գործընկերներին, ովքեր կներկայացնեն իրենց առաջարկությունները եւ տեղեկացրել է, որ մոտ ժամանակներս պատրաստվում է հրավիրել գործընկերներին՝ տնտեսագետներին, գործարար աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին, խոշոր բիզնեսի ղեկավարներին ու բոլոր նրանց, ում թեման հետաքրքիր է՝ կլոր սեղանի շուրջ քննարկելու այդ ամենը:

Ելույթ է ունեցել նաեւ ՀՀԿ նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը։ Նա նշել է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում, երբ իրեն վստահվեց կառավարության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, թիմի հետ միասին փորձեց ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի հաղթահարվեն ներքին եւ արտաքին մարտահրավերները, որի մասին մանրամասն խոսել է  նաեւ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ում շատ լավ է ճանաչում եւ վստահ է նրա փորձի, ունակությունների ու գիտելիքների վրա, կշարունակի կառավարության գործունեությունը՝ ամեն ինչ անելով, որպեսզի մեր երկիրը գնա առաջ, տնտեսությունը զարգանա, եւ ժողովուրդն ապրի բարեկեցիկ կյանքով:
