ՀՀԿ խորհրդի սեպտեմբերի 8-ի նիստում ելույթ է ունեցել նաև ՀՀԿ նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀԿ լրատվական ծառայությունից, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետության Նախագահին ու նիստին ներկա գործընկերներին վստահության համար և նշել, որ իր պաշտոնավարման անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում, երբ իրեն վստահվեց կառավարության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, թիմի հետ միասին փորձեց ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի հաղթահարվեն ներքին և արտաքին մարտահրավերները, որի մասին մանրամասն խոսել է նաև կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շնորհավորել է ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից վարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջադրված թեկնածուին՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանին, մաղթել հաջողություններ: Նա նշել է, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ում շատ լավ է ճանաչում և վստահ է նրա փորձի, ունակությունների ու գիտելիքների վրա, կշարունակի կառավարության գործունեությունը՝ ամեն ինչ անելով, որպեսզի մեր երկիրը գնա առաջ, տնտեսությունը զարգանա, և ժողովուրդն ապրի բարեկեցիկ կյանքով: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն իր խոսքում նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետականի իր գործընկերներին, ամբողջ թիմին՝ հանձինս Հանրապետության Նախագահի:
