Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանից նեղացած, հեռացած Կարեն Կարապետյանը վերադարձավ .«Ժողովուրդ»

«Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը երեկ արդեն ՀՀԿ նիստում ելույթ է ունեցել՝ խոսելով վարչապետ նշանակվելուց հետո կատարելիք իր ծրագրերի մասին։ Ու այսօր ամենաշատ հնչող հարցն այն է, թե ինչու Հայաստանից նեղացած, հեռացած Կարեն Կարապետյանը վերադարձավ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ապրիլին կայանալիք Աժ ընտրություններից հետո նոր վարչապետը պետք է նշանակվի ՀՀ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ սահմանված կարգով։ Եթե անգամ ՀՀԿ-ն խորհրդարանում պահպանի մեծամասնությունը, ապա միևնույն Է՝ Կ. Կարապետյանն այլևս չի կարողանա նշանակվել ՀՀ վարչապետ, քանի որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ վարչապետը պետք է լինի միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացի և վերջին չորս տարին մշտապես բնակված լինի Հայաստանում։ Իսկ նա 2011-ից չի բնակվում Հայաստանում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ լավագույն դեպքում 7 ամիս է պաշտոնավարելու, որից հետո պետք է հրաժարական տա։ Հետևաբար, հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչու է նա համաձայնել։ Ըստ ամենայնի, նրան անհրաժեշտ է վարչապետի պաշտոնն օգտագործել և բացի «Գազպրոմի» նախագահ Ա.
