«Մեր երկրի հիմնական դժբախտություններից մեկը կառավարման համակարգում մասնագետների ու աշխատելու կարողություն, ցանկություն ունեցող մարդկանց պակասն է։ Այս երևույթի պատճառն այն է, որ պատասխանատու բարձր պաշտոններում տեղ են զբաղեցնում մարդիկ, որոնք այս կամ այն թելով կապված են իշխանության հետ։ Իսկ իշխանական գործիչներն էլ ջանում են իրենց «ոսկե զավակներին» տեղավորել աշխատանքի՝ հաճախ ժառանգական սկզբունքով փոխանցելով իրենց «գահը»։ Ու քանի դեռ այս մտածողությունը չի փոխվել, որքան էլ Սերժ Սարգսյանը փոփոխություն ակնկալի նոր կառավարությունից, չի ստացվի՛ Ինչո՞ւ, որովհետև նույն մտածողության կրող է նաև ՀՀ ապագա վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը։

«Ժողովուրդ»–ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի որդին՝ Տիգրան Կարապետյանը, ժառանգական սկզբունքով արդեն մի քանի տարի է՝ «գազի գործով» է զբաղվում։ Պարզվում է՝2012 թվականից նա աշխատանքի է անցել սկզբում «Հայռուսգազարդում», այնուհետև՝այդ ընկերության իրավահաջորդ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայում»։ Ներկայումս Կարեն Կարապետյանի որդին «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալն է՝ կապիտալ շինարարության և վերանորոգման գծով։ Ներկա պաշտոնում նա նշանակվել է այս տարվա մայիսից։ Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ 2012 թվականից, եղել է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» գլխավոր տնօրենի օգնականը, այնուհետև խորհրդականը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը մինչև Երևանի քաղաքապետ դառնալը մոտ տասը տարի «Հայռուսգազարդի» գլխավոր տնօրենն էր։ Տիգրան Կարապետյանի ներկա աշխատավայրն ուշագրավ է այն առումով, որ տարիներ շարունակ լուրեր էին շրջանառվում, թե «Հայռուսգազարդի», իսկ հետագայում նաև՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» կապիտալ շինարարությունից Կարեն Կարապետյանի ընտանիքը խոշոր եկամուտներ է ստանում։ Ստացվում է, որ Կարապետյան կրտսերը «գործուղվել» է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», որպեսզի ընտանեկան եկամուտներն անխափան հոսեն։

Իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Կարեն Կարապետյանի մեջ «փոփոխության յուրօրինակ սիմվոլ» է տեսնում։ Հետաքրքիր է՝ կստացվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
