«Կառավարության կազմի փոփոխության շուրջ քննարկումները շարունակվում են, և հիմնական հարցը, որ բոլորը փորձում են պարզել, այն է, թե ինչ իմաստ ուներ Աժ ընտրություններից 7 ամիս առաջ կառավարություն փոխել։ Ի թիվս քաղաքական ու աշխարհաքաղաքական շատ վարկածների, գոյություն ունի նաև սոցիալական պատճառաբանություն, որը, «Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով, կառավարության մասնագետները քննարկում են ներքին օգտագործման համար իրականացված հաշվարկների շրջանակներում։ Ըստ այդմ, այս տարվա դեկտեմբերից սկսած Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ գյուղական համայնքներում սոցիալական վիճակը կտրուկ սրվելու Է։ Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի հեռավոր լեռնային գյուղերի բնակչության մի զգալի մասը նույնիսկ տարական հացի խնդիր կարող է ունենալ։ Երբ այս կանխատեսումներն ամփոփվել են, ակնհայտ է դարձել, որ իրավիճակը մեղմելու միակ տարբերակը փոփոխություններով մարդկանց մոտ հույս ներշնչելն Է, որպեսզի դրա արդյունքում տնտեսությունը մի փոքր գոնե աշխուժանա։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարության խնդիրը լինելու Է ձմռան ամիսներին Հայաստանի հատկապես հեռավոր լեռնային գյուղերում բնակչության սովի մատնվելու երևույթները կանխելը։ Եթե այդ խնդիրը հաջողվի լուծել, ապա գարնանը սպասվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններով պայմանավորված սոցիալական վիճակը որոշակիորեն կթեթևանա։ Հայտնի Է, որ ընտրությունների շրջանում Հայաստանում հսկայական գումարներ են շրջանառվում, ինչը թույլ կտա առնվազն մեկ տարվա կտրվածքով սոցիալական լարվածությունը մեղմել»,–գրում է թերթը։
