Նորանշանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության իր առաջին նիստում տվեց առաջին հանձնարականը: ՀՀ վարչապետը առաջինը խոսեց կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարից և նշեց, որ այժմ նոր համապատասխան հանձնաժողով են ստեղծում պայքարի աշխատանքները կոորդինացնելու համար:

Մինչ այդ, վարչապետը ՊԵԿ-ին հանձնարարեց ապահովել ոչ կարգապահ և արտոնյալ ընկալվող խոշոր արտադրողների և ներմուծողների կողմից կարգապահության անվերապահ պահպանումը: Կարեն Կարապետյանի հանձնարարականով հարկային ստուգումները պետք է իրականացվեն բացառապես ռիսկային համարվող սուբյեկտներում, փոքր ու մանր ձեռնարկություններին անդրադառնալ ծայրահեղ դեպքերում: Միաժամանակ նա հանձնարարեց բացառել մաքսային ծառայողների հնարավոր սուբյեկտիվ վարքագիծը և գործունեության թափանցիկություն ապահովել:
