Այն, որ Հայաստան պետության առաջնային գերակայություններից մեկն էլ հայկական սփյուռքի հետ սերտագույն կապեր հաստատելն ու հայության բոլոր թևերի միջև ամուր ու հաստատուն դաշինք ձևավորելն է, հայտնի է բոլորին: Ժամանակակից աշխարհում, ուր վտանգներն ու փորձություններն ամեն քայլափոխին են` սպառնալով մանավանդ փոքր ժողովուրդների ոչ միայն բարգավաճմանը, այլև, առհասարակ, գոյությանը, սփյուռքի և մայր հայրենիքի միջև կապի ամրապնդումը ձեռք է բերել առավել քան կարևոր նշանակություն: Բայց որքան էլ կարող է անարդարացի հնչել, փաստ է, որ մեզանում հիմնականում այն տեսակետն է իշխում, թե սփյուռքն, իր բովանդակության մեջ, այն հիմնական կողմն է, որ պարտավոր է ավելի շատ տալ, քան պահանջել: Համաձայնե՛ք` միանգամայն անտրամաբանական թեզ, որ մեզանում հիմնականում շրջանառության մեջ են դրել նրանք, որոնք ոչ մի ցանկություն չունեն`«մատը մատին» տալու ու սատարելու մեր այն հայրենակիցներին, որոնք գտնվում են ոչ այնքան բարվոք, իսկ շատ հաճախ էլ` ծայրահեղ վիճակում: Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող ցեղասպանությունների ու արյունահեղությունների ֆոնին, երբ երբեմնի հայկական ծաղկուն համայնքներ ունեցող երկրները վերածվել են գերհզորների աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերի բախման թատերաբեմի, էապես վտանգված են տարածաշրջանի հայկական համայնքները, որոնք, ցավոք, օրըստօրե նվազում են, թուլանում: Ասել կուզի` հիմնական գերխնդիրը, որ ներկայումս ծառացել է հայության առաջ, հայրենիք-սփյուռք կապի ամրապնդման խնդիրն է, որ կարող է կատարյալ փրկօղակ դառնալ ստեղծված ծանրագույն իրավիճակում: Մի բան, որ ներկայումս ավելի շատ ծանրացել է առանձին անհատ բարերարների, քան պետական չինովնիկների ուսերին և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից լայնամասշտաբ հայրենանվեր նախաձեռնությունները հենց այս ուղղությամբ` առնչվող սփյուռքահայության ու հայրենիքի միջև կապի ամրապնմանը, ասվածի լավագույն ապացույցն է: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի 20 լիբանանահայ ուսանող հնարավորություն կստանա կրթվել հայաստանյան լավագույն բուհերում «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամի միջոցներով: Արդեն իսկ պարզ է այն, որ հայրենիքում կրթված երիտասարդը հազարավոր կապերով կկապվի հայրենի հողին, եթե չորոշի իր ապագան հենց Հայաստանում կառուցել, ապա գոնե ողջ կյանքում կձգտի դեպի այն: Այս նախաձեռնությունն իրոք հայապահպան առաքելություն և հրատապություն ունի:

Ցավալի է, սակայն, նույն պետական մարմինների աչքերում սփյուռքը հանդես է գալիս, պատկերավոր ասած, կթու կովի դերում, որին սակայն, ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում կերակրել: Իրավիճակն առավել քան մտահոգիչ է, երբ կարիք է զգացվում ոչ միայն համընդհանուր պետական քաղաքականության վերանայման, այլև` անհապաղ ու կտրուկ գործողությունների, որ գալու են ապացուցելու` Հայաստանը նախևառաջ բարիքների աղբյուր է սփյուռքի համար և հետո միայն բարիք ստացող:

Բոլորին պետք է պարզ լինի մեկ բան. հայրենիք-սփյուռք կապի մեջ է մեր էթնոսի հզորության գաղտնիքը, որում պետությանը վերապահված է լիդերի դեր, մինչդեռ այսօր ճիշտ հակառակ պատկերի ենք ականատես դառնում…
