ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կրթված, արհետսավարժ, պարկեշտ անձնավորություն է: Այդ մասին գիտեն բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր շփումներ են ունեցել նրա հետ:

Նման կարծիք հայտնեց Հանրային խորհրդի, Երևանի ավագանու անդամ, «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության տնօրեն Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը:

«Կարեն Կարապետյանին ճանաչում եմ վաղուց, դեռ էներգետիկայի համակարգում աշխատելու տարիներին: Ես առիթներ ունեցել եմ խոսել նրա հետ երկրի տնտեսության, տեղեկատվական, հեռահաղորդակցության զարգացման հարցերի շուրջ:

Նա շատ ժամանակակից անձնավորություն է և շատ արագ ընկալում է ինովացիոն բնույթի խնդիրները: Ունի ինժեներական ճկուն մտածելակերպ, և չմոռանանք, թե նա ինչ կրթություն է ստացել: Խորհրդային տարիներին ավարտել է ԵՊՀ-ի կիրառական ֆակուլտետը, իսկ այդ տարիներին պատահական մարդիկ այդ ֆակուլտետում չէին սովորում, այնտեղ շատ բարդ էր սովորելը:

Այն փաստը, որ նա գերազանցությամբ է ավարտել այդ ֆակուլտետը, խոսում է այն մասին, որ նա պատանեկան տարիներից  միշտ մոտիվացված է եղել լավ կրթություն ստանալու հարցում»,-ասաց Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը:

Ընդգծելով Կարեն Կարապետյանի ուժեղ կամային հատկանիշները` Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը կարևորեց նրան աջակցելու հարցը:

«Իր համար շատ բարդ է լինելու, վստահ եմ, որ նա գիտակցում է դա: Նա Ազգային ժողովում նշեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վիճակը վատ է, դա նրան բնորոշ է` խոսել պարզ ու անկեղծ: Խնդիրն այն ,է թե ինչքանով կօգնեն նրան, միայնակ կտրուկ շրջադարձային փոփոխություններ չի կարող անել, թիմը ևս պետք է աջակցի: Վստահ եմ, որ իր մոտ կստացվի: Կարծում եմ` հետաքրքիր ծրագրեր են սպասվում»,-հավելեց Հովիկ Մուսայելյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ ամեն դեպքում կարճաժամկետ հատվածում դրական ազդակներ են պետք, որ հանրությունը վստահությամբ լցվի կառավարության հանդեպ:
