Зачастую пуп имеет форму небольшой впадинки, из-за чего ему свойственно накапливать отмершие клетки кожи, ворсинки, частицы ткани и остатки мыла. Это создает идеальные условия для развития микробов.

Чтобы предотвратить развитие инфекции и проблемы со здоровьем, необходимо тщательно ухаживать за пупком. Каждый раз перед принятием душа следует протирать эту зону с помощью ватного тампона с небольшим количеством спирта.

Непосредственно во время принятия душа необходимо нанести на тампон гель для душа и протереть пупок еще раз. В конце процедуры нужно смыть остатки геля и протереть эту зону хлопчатобумажным полотенцем.
