ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին այցելել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատախազություն և ղեկավար կազմին՝ կոլեգիայի անդամներին, մարզերի, կայազորների դատախազներին ու ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին ներկայացրել նորանշանակ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ն ախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանին՝ ներդրած ջանքերի համար, նշելով, որ այս ընթացքում Հայաստանում օրենքի գերակայության հաստատման գործում, ինչպես նաև հանցագործությունների և չարաշահումների դեմ պայքարում որոշակի առաջընթաց է արձանագրվել, այդ թվում՝ դատախազության համակարգում: 
Նախագահը հաջողություններ է մաղթել գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին և նրա գլխավորությամբ դատախազության աշխատակիցներին՝ աշխատանքներն ավելի ակտիվացնելու գործում: Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ Արթուր Դավթյանն ունի համապատասխան գիտելիքներ, փորձ, կամք, որպեսզի մեր երկրի համար այս վճռական փուլում կարողանա դատախազության աշխատակիցների օժանդակությամբ նոր հաջողություններ արձանագրել: Հանրապետության Նախագահը մեծապես կարևորել է բոլորի ջանքերի համատեղումն ու դատախազության աշխատանքին նոր լիցք հաղորդելը, նշելով, որ որևէ երկրում չեն կարող լինել հաջողություններ տնտեսության ոլորտում, հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում, եթե դատաիրավական համակարգում առաջընթաց չլինի: 
Գևորգ Կոստանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետության Նախագահին՝ իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում կատարված աշխատանքին տված գնահատականի համար, հավաստիացնելով, որ մեկ քայլ առաջ հնարավոր է եղել արձանագրել դատախազության բոլոր աշխատակիցների համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունքում: Նախկին գլխավոր դատախազը համոզվածություն է հայտնել, որ այսուհետ ևս նույնպիսի սկզբունքայնությամբ, հետևողականությամբ և եռանդով կշարունակվեն մեր երկրում օրինականության և իրավակարգի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները և հաջողություն  մաղթել նորանշանակ դատախազին: 
Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել իրեն ցուցաբերված բարձր վստահության համար: Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ դատախազությունում ձևավորված թիմը քաջ գիտակցում է երկրի առջև դրված խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև դատախազության առջև դրված խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծման կարևորությունն ու ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի գտնի դրանց լուծման ավելի արդյունավետ ճանապարհներ և արդարացնի բոլորի սպասումները:
