ՌԴ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի մենեջերները հաստատել են «Իսկանդեր» համալիրի տրամադրումը հայկական բանակին մեկ դիվիզիոնի քանակով:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Ведемости-ն, նրանք հստակեցրել են, որ «Իսկանդեր» համակարգերի միջնորդ-ներկայացուցիչ «Ռոսօբորոնէքսպորտ» ընկերությունը որևէ առնչություն դրա հետ չունի, քանի որ այդ զինատեսակը ձեռք է բերվել ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում զենքի առաքումների մասին համաձայնագրի հիման վրա` շրջանցելով ռուսական պետական միջնորդին:

Մենեջերները նաև նշել են, որ «Իսկանդեր» համակարգերի մատակարարման մասին պայմանագիրը կնքվել է 200 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային միջոցներով զենքի մատակարման մասին պայմանագրից դուրս:

Պահեստազորի գնդապետ Վիկտոր Մուրախովսկու խոսքով՝ «Իսկանդեր»-ի առաքման հնարավոր նվազագույն քանակը 1 դիվիզիոնն է 4 գործարկող սարքով` երկուական հրթիռ յուրաքանչյուրում: Ըստ նրա` կարելի է ենթադրել, որ հենց այդ քանակն էլ առաքվել է Հայաստան: «Համակարգը հագեցած է ինչպես բեկորա-ֆուգասային պայթուցիկներով, այնպես էլ ինքնակառավարվող կասետային մարտական գլխիկներով: Այն արդյունավետ միջոց է հրամանատարական շտաբերի և հրետանու, այդ թվում ռեակտիվ հրետանու խոցման համար: Այդ իմաստով էլ այն հետաքրքիր է հայկական բանակին»,- ասել է Մուրախովսկի:
