Ճամբարակի առողջության կենտրոնում կրկին դանդաղում են հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները

Արդեն ավարտվում է տասներորդ ամիսը, ինչ Ճամբարակ քաղաքի առողջապահության կենտրոնում Հայաստանի սոցներդրումների հիմնադրամի եւ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ԾԻԳ-ի կողմից հատկացված միջոցներով ընթանում են հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ: Սակայն շինարարության նման դանդաղ տեմպերով, ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց «Ճամբարակի առողջապահության կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Արմենակ Մելքումյանը, դժվար թե նախատեսված ժամկետում հնարավոր լինի ավարտել հիմնանորոգումը եւ վերազինումը եւ բուժհաստատության աշխատանքները դնել բնականոն հունի մեջ: «Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 26-ին բուժհաստատության շինհրապարակ էր այցելել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը, հորդորել արագացնել շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքը, սակայն անցած տասներկու օրերի ընթացքում այդպես էլ շինհրապարակում եռուզեռ չի եղել, հատուկենտ բանվորներ են երեւացել միայն: Իսկ վերջին չորս օրում ընդամենը մեկ տրակտորիստ է եկել աշխատանքի: Հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսված է 2015 թվականի մայիսին, սակայն նման ընթացքով դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես են «Պարեքս գազ» կազմակերպության շինարարները ավարտին հասցնելու շինարարությունը»,-ասաց Արմենակ Մելքումյանը:

Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին աշխատանքային այցով Ճամբարակում գտնվող Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը եւս հիմնանորոգվող բուժհաստատության շինհրապարակում աշխատանքային եռուզեռի փոխարեն ականատես եղավ հերթական ամայի ու անմխիթար վիճակին: Ավելին, կառույցում հայտնված մի խումբ բանվորներ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետին բողոքեցին, որ իրենց աշխատանքի դիմաց չեն ստացել երեք ամսվա աշխատավարձ: «Երբ դուք այցելում եք շինհրապարակ, ահազանգում համապատասխան տեղեր, գործը տեղից փոքր-ինչ շարժվում է, մեզ մեր աշխատածի դիմաց էլ են վճարում: Բայց քիչ ժամանակ անց էլի սկսում են կանգ առնել, մեզ չվճարել»,-մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանին դիմեցին բանվորները: Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին խոստացավ իրազեկել ՀՀ կառավարությանը եւ համապատասխան կառույցներին:

«Շինարարության դանդաղ տեմպերի արդյունքում բարդանում են նաեւ բուժհաստատության աշխատանքները: Հիվանդանոցային տարածքը եւ շենքային պայմանները մեզ չեն բավարարում' բնակչության բուժսպասարկումը պատշաճ ձեւով կազմակերպելու համար: Եվ դա այն դեպքում, երբ բուժանձնակազմն ու բնակիչները անհամբերությամբ են սպասում Ճամբարակի առողջապահության նորոգ ու վերազինված կենտրոնի բացմանը, ինչի ժամկետները, ցավոք, անպատասխանատու մարդկանց երեսից ձգձգվում են»,-եզրափակեց Արմենակ Մելքումյանը:
