Life.panorama.am-ը զրուցել է դերասան Աշոտ Մելոյանի հետ` սեփական օրգանիկ հացերն արտադրելու իր աշխատանքի, այդ հացերի օգնությամբ մարդկանց առողջացնելու և ներկայումս նախագծերում նկարահանվելու առաջարկ չստանալու մասին:

-Արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ օրգանիկ հացեր եք արտադրում: Հետաքրքիր է, գո՞հ եքարդյունքից և բավականաչափ գնորդներ ունե՞ք:

-  Երբ ես սկսեցի հաց արտադրել, ոչ բիզնես ունենալու ծրագիր և ոչ էլ հացով գումար աշխատելու նպատակ չեմ ունեցել: Պարզապես, երբ ժամանակին կշռում էի 147,5 կգ (Աշոտը նիհարել է 51կգ.) պետք է հրաժարվեի սպիտակ հացից և օգտվեի միայն տարեկանի հացից: Նշեմ, որ խանութներում ես այդպիսի հաց չգտա, բոլոր հացերը, որոնք որ ներկայացված են խանութներում, պատրաստված են քիմիական նյութերով: Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ որոշեցի ինքս հաց պատրաստել: Դրանից որոշ ժամանակ հետո, երբ ընկերներս փորձեցին իմ պատրաստած հացը, շատ հավանեցին և միտք տվեցին ինձ, որն էր` տարեկանի հաց պատրաստել նաև ցանկացողների համար և դրանով առողջացնել նրանց: Այդպես սկսեցի ընկերներիս, ծանոթներիս առողջացնել իմ հացով, քանի որ պատրաստում եմ էկոլոգիապես մաքուր օրգանիկ հաց: Իհարկե, պատվերներ երբեմն լինում են նաև իրենց առողջությունը գնահատող անծանոթ մարդկանցից, ովքեր որ հետևում են ֆեյսբուքյան իմ էջին և տեղեկանում են այդ հացերի մասին:

-Իսկ ինչպե՞ս է պատրաստվում Ձեր նշած բացառապես մաքուր օրգանիկ հացը:

-  Այս հացը բացառիկ հաց է: Այն չի հնանում 40 օր և ավելի: Այն ունի բոլորովին այլ համ և բույր: Ես ինքս փորձ եմ կատարել. գնել եմ խանությում առկա ամենթանկ հացը և համոզվել, որ այնուամենայնիվ, դրանում քիմիական նյութեր կան: Ինձ մոտ նույնիսկ հացը պատրաստելու համար ջրում առկա քլորն է հանված, բացառապես մաքուր մեղր և ծովի աղ է օգտագործված: Իմ հացերը խմորվում են երկու անգամ, այսինքն` 4,5 ժամ ֆերմենտացիա են անցնում, հետո նորից հունցվում, այնուհետև կրկին ֆերմենտացիա են անցնում, ինչից հետո էլ 8-ից 12 ժամ հասունանում: Այնպես չէ, որ եթե ինչ-որ մեկն ինձ հաց պատվիրի, ես կարող եմ նրան մի քանի ժամից վաճառել այդ հացը: Առնվազն մեկ օր հետո գնորդը կարող է ձեռք բերել այն: Ասեմ նաև, որ այս հացը, որն ամբողջական ցորենի թեփով է, շատ հագեցնող է, երկու կտորից ավել մարդ չի կարող այն ուտել:
