«Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման պարագլուխ Աբու Բաքր ալ Բաղդադին երկար ամիսներ ի վեր առաջին անգամ հանրության առջեւ Է հայտնվել Իրաքի Մոսուլ քաղաքի շրջաններից մեկում:

Այդ մասին հայտնել Է «Աս-Սումարիա» հեռուստաալիքը:

Նրա տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ «քաղաքում տիրող լարված իրադրության պատճառով ալ Բաղդադին հարկադրված Է եղել դուրս գալ իր պատսպարանից եւ Մոսուլի փողոցներում հայտնվել թիկնապահներով շրջապատված»: Նշվում Է, որ ԻՊ-ի պարագլուխը քաղաքում տեղաշարժվել Է զրահամեքենաներով՝ երեք արտաճանապարհայինների ուղեկցությամբ, որոնցում տեղավորվել Էին ալ Բաղդադիի անձնական պահազորի անդամները: ԻՊ-ի առաջին դեմքը հանրությանը երեւացել Է Էր Ռիսալյա թաղամասում:  

Մոսուլը, որի բնակչությունը գերազանցում Է 500 հազարը, ԻՊ-ի զինյալները համարում են Իրաքում իրենց մայրաքաղաքը:
