Հոլիվուդյան դերասան Ջորջ Քլունին ՄԱԿ-ում  ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հետ քննարկում էր, թե ինչպես կարելի է լուծել փախստականների համաշխարհային ճգնաժամը։ Քլունին չի կարողացել թաքցնել իր զարմանքը, երբ նրան ասել են, որ իր մտերիմ ընկեր Բրեդ Փիթն ու Անջելինա Ջոլին ամուսնալուծվում են։
 
Ողջ շոուբիզնեսի աշխարհն էր ցնցված, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Անջելինա Ջոլին դիմել է ամուսնալուծության՝ պնդելով, որ իր սեքս-խորհրդանիշ ամուսինը «վատ հայր է, ունի զայրույթը կառավարելու և ալկոհոլի հետկապված խնդիրներ»։
 
Նյու Յորքում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր վերահաժողովում, երբ Քլունիին հարցրել են Բրանջելինայի ամուսնալուծության մասին՝ Քլունին ասել է․«Ինչ է պատահել»։
 
Իմանալով, որ Անջելինան դիմել է ամուսնալուծության՝ ասել է․«Ես չգիտեմ, Wow։ Ես շատ ցավում եմ։ Սա շատ տխուր պատմություն է և ցավալի ընտանիքի համար»,-ասել է Քլունին։
Նշվում է, որ Ջոլիի՝ ամուսնալուծվելու մտադրության մասին տեղյակ չի եղել անգամ Բրեդ Փիթը և ընդամենը 1 օր առաջ է իմացել այդ մասին։
