Հայաստանը բարեփոխումների նոր արագացված փուլ է մտել: Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Կ. Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում ՀՀ անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով կազմակերպված հանդիսավոր համերգի ընթացքում: «Այսօր մեր երկիրը բարեփոխումների նոր արագացված փուլ է մտել: Դրանք սոսկ կադրային փոփոխություններ չեն, ինչպես ոմանք են կարծում: Դրանք համակարգային փոփոխություններ են, որոնց արդյունքում ունենալու ենք որակապես նոր պետություն: Ասվածը լոկ բարի ցանկություն չէ, այլ նախանշված հստակ քայլերի հաջորդականություն: Մենք գիտենք, թե ուր ենք գնում և ինչպես պետք է հասնենք այնտեղ: Եթե մի ամբողջ ազգ  ուզում է նորոգել իր տունը, ապա նա դա կրող է անել: Մեզ ոչ ոք չի կարող խանգարել այդ ճանապարհին, իսկ նորացված Սահմանադրությունը կդառնա այդ ուղին լուսավորող վառ փարոսը»,- հայտարարեց ՀՀ Նախագահը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ շատ դժվար է մի քանի տասնամյակում անցնել այն ուղին, որն ուրիշներն անցել են մի քանի հարյուրամյակում, բայց նաև հնարավոր է, քանի որ ճանապարհն արդեն հայտնի է:

Հայաստանի անկախության 25 տարիները հաստատում են, որ հայ ժողովրդի փոխարեն իր առջև ծառացած խնդիրները ոչ ոք չի լուծելու: «Մենք կարողանում ենք լուծել և լուծում ենք դրանք ըստ առաջնահերթությունների, ողջ աշխարհում ունենք հրաշալի բարեկամներ, գործընկերներ, դաշնակիցներ, շնորհակալ ենք նրանց համագործակցության համար, բայց չմոռանանք, որ պատսխանատվությունը մերն է, միայն ու միայն մերը: Անկախության սերունդն աստիճանաբար գալիս է ստանձնլու այդ պատմական պատասխանատվությունը: Նա օտարի աչքի փուշը տեսնելուց առաջ խոսում է մեր աչքի գերանի մասին, սա ճիշտ ճանապարհ է, քանի որ մեր բոլոր խնդիրների լուծումները մեր մեջ են, որքան հասուն լինենք որպես հասարակություն, այնքան ավելի արագ կլուծենք մեր հարցերը: Մենք գնում ենք արդար աշխատանքի, արդար վաստակի և ճշմարտությունն ասելու ճանապարհով: Մեր հարստությունը մեր հասարակությունն է, ինչքան լավ բան կա մեր երկրում, արել է հենց նա՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ով է եղել իշխանության ղեկին»,-ընդգծեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
