Ստամբուլում դպրոցների պատերին հակահայկական գրությունների հարցը մեջլիսի օրակարգում է

Թուրքիայի Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության պատգամավոր Սեզգին Թանրըքուլուն Ստամբուլի հայկական դպրոցի պատերին հակահայկական գրությունների հետ կապված գրավոր դիմում է ներկայացրել խորհրդարանին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը: Հարցումն ուղղված է Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմին:

Թանրըքուլուի ուղղած հարցերը հետևյալն են.

  1. Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Խաչ հայկական դպրոցի պատերին հայ քաղաքացիների դեմ ուղղված ռասիստական գրությունները գրողներին բացահայտելու համար դպրոցի մոտակայքի նկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները զննության առնվե՞լ են:
  2. Եթե այո, ապա դեպքի հետ կապված ի՞նչ քայլեր են իրականացվել կամ իրականացվում։
  3. Պատերին հայտնված «տանջանք հային», «Քուրշաթի ատելությունն եմ բերել ձեզ» բնույթի ատելության խոսք պարունակող գրությունների հեղինակի ինքնության բացահայտումից հետո տվյալ անձը Թուրքիայի Քրեական օրենսգրքի համաձայն ի՞նչ պատիժ է կրելու։
  4. Վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում ատելության խոսքի, նման արտահայտություններով ժողովրդին հրահրելու մեղադրանքով Թուրքիայում քանի՞ մարդ է պատժի ենթարկվել։
  5. Ստամբուլի հայկական Սուրբ Խաչ դպրոցի կողմից դեպքի հետ կապված համապատասխան մարմինների բողոք ներկայացվե՞լ է։ Եթե կա նման բողոք, ի՞նչ եզրակացություն է իրականացվել։
  6. 2013թ․ Ազգային կրթության Ստամբուլի շրջանային տնօրինության կողմից հրապարակված գրության մեջ հստակ նշվում էր, որ բնակչության գրանցման ցուցակներում հայ քաղաքացիների «ազգության գաղտնագիր»-ը «2» է։ Մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ անդրադարձ են կատարել սրան։ «Ազգության գաղտնագրի» գոյությունը նշանակում է, որ բնակչությունը կոդավորված է։ Ազգային կամ կրոնական ո՞ր խմբերն են կոդավորված։

Ստամբուլի Ուսկուդար (Սկյուտար) թաղամասի հայկական Սուրբ Խաչ Դպրևանք դպրոցի պատին օգոստոսի 16-ին ռասիստական գրություններ էին հայտնվել։ Դրանից հետո սեպտեմբերի 19-ին` Թուրքիայում ուսումնական տարվա առաջին օրը, ռասիստական գրություններ էին հայտնվել Սկյուտարի հայկական Գալֆայան դպրոցի պատերին։ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին՝ Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության 9-րդ տարելիցի օրը ևս նույն դպրոցի պատերին ինքնությունն անհայտ անձիք հակահայկական գրություն էին թողել։
