Մատներով սեղմեք լեզվի արմատը՝ սրտխառնոց առաջացնելու նման։ Կերակրափողի սպազմը կկանգնեցնի ստոծանու փոքրացումը։ Տհաճ է, բայց արդյունավետ։

Որևէ անսովոր բան կերեք

Լեզվի վրա կիտրոնի դրեք, մի գդալ շաքար կուլ տվեք, և այլն։ Երբ ստամոքսում թթու, աղի, քաղցր, մի խոսքով՝ անսպասելի համով մթերք է հայտնվում, դա նպաստում է ստամոքսահյութի արտադրությանը և օրգանիզմը շեղում զկրտոցից։

Փակեք ականջները

Ականջները փակեք բութ մատներով։ Քթանցքերը փակեք ճկույթներով։ Աչքերը փակեք։ Խորը շունչ քաշեք և պահեք շնչառությունը՝ որքան հնարավոր է երկար։ Սրանից հետո դուք կսկսեք հաճախ և բարդ շնչել։ Դա կօգնի, որ ստոծանին փակվի,  զկրտոցը կավարտվի։

Զկրտոցից ազատվելու համար լեզուն, որքան հնարավոր է, երկար ժամանակով դուրս հանեք։
