Արդարադատության նախարարությունը ներկայացնելու է ապօրինի հարստացումը քրեականացնող օրինագիծ

Առաջիկայում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունն ամփոփելու եւ ներկայացնելու է մի քանի օրինագծեր, որոնցից առաջինը վերաբերում է ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացմանը:

Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Երկրորդը վերաբերում  է իրական սեփականատերերի բացահայտմանը, գնումների գործընթացում իրական սեփականատերերի խնդրի կարեւորությանը եւ, դրանից ելնելով, այս կամ այն կարգավորումը նախատեսելուն: Վերջապես, հաջորդ կարեւոր քայլը, որն, իմ համոզմամբ, կամփոփի այս ամենը, հակակոռուպցիոն մարմնի հետ կապված քննարկումներն են, որից  հետո, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, կներկայացվեն այդ մարմնին վերաբերող  օրինագծեր»,-ասաց Արդարադատության նախարարը:

Նա նշեց, որ հակակոռուպցիոն մարմնի ներսում հատվածային լուծումներով հնարավոր չէ հասնել ինչ-որ վերջնական արդյունքի: «Ինչպիսի մարմին էլ լինի, ինչ տեսքով էլ այն գործի, պետք է ունենա լծակներ, գործիքակազմ, մարմնի ղեկավարից էլ շատ բան է կախված: Բոլոր պայմաններն էլ անհրաժեշտ են արդյունքի հասնելու համար»,-նշեց նա:

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նաեւ անդրադարձավ նվիրատվություններին եւ փոխառություններին՝ նշելով, որ առաջիկայում դրանց հետ կապված փաթեթներ նույնպես  կներկայացվեն:
