ՊՆ կոլեգիայի նիստը քննարկել է կադրային քաղաքականության և ոլորտի բարելավման ուղիները

ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում սեպտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի է ունեցել պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստ՝ նվիրված ՊՆ կադրային քաղաքականությանը և ոլորտի բարելավման ուղիներին, ՌՈՒՀ-երում և ուսումնական զորամասերում մասնագետների պատրաստման խնդրահարույց հարցերին, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի կառավարման, համալրման և «Հրամանատրում առաջադրանքի միջոցով» սկզբունքի ներդրման ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցության և գորղծողությունների համադրման շրջանակում նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները:

Հանդես գալով ողջույնի խոսքով՝ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշել է, որ ներկա ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակում կադրերի կառավարման և ռազմակրթական համակարգում առկա խնդիրների քննարկումը, խելամիտ լուծումների և առաջիկա զարգացումների ուղենշումն անչափ կարևոր են զինված ուժերի առջև դրված խնդիրները պատշաճ կատարելու և մարտունակությունը պահպանելու համար:

Նիստի ընթացքում հիմնական զեկույցով հանդես է եկել պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը: Հարակից զեկույցներ են ներկայացրել ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալները և բանակային զորամիավորումների հրամանատարները: Զեկույցներում ընդհանուր առմամբ ընդգծվել է, որ զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի կառավարման և ռազմական կրթության քաղաքականությունը մշտապես նպատակուղղված է եղել սպայական կազմի համալրվածության պահպանմանը, մասնագիտական կարողությունների բարձրացմանը, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերի համար սպայական կադրերի համալրման պահանջարկից ելնելով` համապատասխան մասնագետների պատրաստմանն ու վերապատրաստմանը: Մատնանշվել է, որ զգալի աշխատանքներ են տարվել անձնակազմի կառավարման ուղղությամբ` զորքերի համալրման, կադրային խնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծման՝ զինված ուժերի սպայական, ենթասպայական կազմի և քաղաքացիական հատուկ ծառայողների համալրվածությունն ապահովելու նպատակով:

Ամփոփելով կոլեգիայի նիստի աշխատանքները` պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սեյրան Օհանյանը զինված ուժերի մարտունակության առավել բարձրացման առումով ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորել է քննարկված հարցերի արդիականությունը: Քննարկումների արդյունքում առաջիկա անելիքների վերաբերյալ առաջադրվել են նաև որոշակի խնդիրներ:
