Չինաստանում թմրանյութի չորս առեւտրականի մահապատժի են դատապարտել

Չինական Լյաոնինի նահանգի դատարանը թմրանյութերի իրացմամբ զբաղվող խմբավորման չորս անդամի մահապատժի է դատապարտել, հայտնում է Սինհուան: 

Համապատասխան որոշումը կայացրել է Շենյան քաղաքի դատարանը: Խմբավորման պարագլուխ Չեն Սյուհունը եւ թմրանյութի եւս մեկ առեւտրական մահվան են դատապարտվել, խմբավորման եւս երկու անդամ մահապատժի է դատապարտվել դատավճռի ի կատար ածումը երկու տարով հետաձգմամբ:  Որպես կանոն, հետաձգմամբ դատավճիռը նշանակում է մահապատժից ազատում: Եթե մեղադրյալը այդ ժամանակահատվածում նոր հանցագործություն չի կատարում, մահապատիժը կարող է փոխարինվել ցմահ բանտարկությամբ կամ ավելի փոքր ժամկետով: 

Խմբավորման մնացած հինգ անդամները երկուսից հինգ տարվա ազատազրկման ժամկետներ են ստացել: Դատարանի տվյալների համաձայն, խմբավորումը 2014-ի մայիսից 33 կգ ամֆետամին է վաճառել:  

Չինական քրեական օրենսդրությունը շատ խիստ պատիժ է նախատեսում թմրահանցագործությունների համար: Միաժամանակ անձանց խուզարկության, փողոցային առեւտրի, իրացման, տեղափոխման եւ անօրինական արտադրության եւ պահելու ընթացքում  հայտնաբերված թմրանյութի քանակը սահմանվում է  ըստ նրանց քաշի` առանց 100 տոկոսանոց ակտիվ նյութի վերահաշվարկի:  Թմրանյութի խոշոր ծավալների մաքսանենգ առեւտրի համար (օրինակ` օպիումի մեկ կգ-ից մեծ քանակությամբ կամ 50 գ-ից ավելի հերոինի) օրինախախտներին   15 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում, ցմահ ազատազրկում կամ մահապատիժ:
