ՓՄՁ Կորպորացիան կաջակցի Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի գործարարների միջև համագործակցության հաստատմանը

2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Սոչիի տնտեսական ֆորումի գործնական ծրագրի շրջանակում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման դաշնային կորպորացիան (ՓՄՁ կորպորացիա)  և «Հայաստանի  Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» հիմնադրամը (ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ) ստորագրել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնից, կորպորացիայի կողմից փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել է գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Բրավերմանը, ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի կողմից՝ գործադիր տնօրեն Լևոն Մնացականյանը:

Հուշագրով կողմերը պլանավորում են հաստատել երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն փորձի փոխանակման ոլորտում` ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացման հիմնական ուղղություններով՝ ներառյալ ֆինանսական, երաշխիքային, տեղեկատվական, մարկետինգային աջակցություն, ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտների կողմից պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող խոշորագույն ընկերությունների գնումների մուտքի ընդլայնում, տարածքային կոմպլեքս, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկատիրության և բիզնես-գործընթացների իրականացման ոլորտների ուսումնական ծրագրերի մշակում և իրականացում:

Կողմերը նաև մտադրություն հայտնեցին աջակցություն ցուցաբերել երկու պետությունների գործարար համայնքների միջև համագործակցության հաստատմանն ու փոխադարձ խորհրդատվությունների անցկացմանը, գործակցել լավագույն փորձի տարածման հարցում, օժանդակել համատեղ նախագծերի ձևավորմանն ու առաջխաղացմանը, ռուսական և հայկական ընկերությունների համար գոյություն ունեցող բիզնես-հնարավորությունների մասին տեղեկատվության տարածմանը:

Բացի այդ՝ ՓՄՁ կորպորացիան և Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ը կխրախուսեն ռուսական և հայկական ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտների միջև համատեղ նախագծերի և համագործակցության այլ ձևերի ստեղծումն ու զարգացումը, այդ թվում առևտրաարտադրական և գիտատեխնիկական կոոպերացիան, համագործակցությունը բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, նորամուծությունների և յուրաքանչյուր կողմի համար առաջնային գործունեության ոլորտներում: Համատեղ խնդիրներից մեկն է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի տարածքում ցուցահանդեսային և տոնավաճառային, համագումարային և ուսուցողական միջոցառումների կազմակերպումն ու անցկացումը, դրանցում երկու երկրների գործարարների, գործարար հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և միավորումների, ինչպես նաև ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացման ինստիտուտների մասնակցությունը:

Համագործակցությունը կիրականացվի տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, համատեղ հանդիպումների անցկացման, աշխատանքային և խորհրդատվական խմբերի ստեղծման ձևաչափով:
