Գեղարքունիքի մարզի թիվ 23 ԸԸՀ նիստում կայացած որոշման համաձայն՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ջիլ եւ Վարսեր գյուղերում այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած  համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունները ճանաչվել են անվավեր եւ նշանակվել է վերաքվեարկություն՝ գրանցված թեկնածուների նույն կազմով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի թիվ 23 ԸԸՀ քարտուղար Սամվել Աբրահամյանը, վերաքվեարկությունը տեղի կունենա 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 23-ին:»Թեկնածուների պահանջով կատարված վերահաշվարկի արդյունքում հանձնաժողովը գտել է այնպիսի խախտումներ, որոնք կարող էին ազդել ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա, մանավանդ  որ Վարսերում համայնքի գործող ղեկավարը հաղթել էր 1, Ջիլում՝ 3 ձայնի տարբերությամբ:

Մնացած համայնքներում ինչպես համայնքի ղեկավարի, այնպես էլ ավագանու անդամների ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքները մնացել են անփոփոխ, այսինքն՝ ԸԸՀ-ն նրանց ճանաչել է ընտրված իրենց պաշտոններում»,-ներկայացրեց Սամվել Աբրահամյանը: Իսկ Գեղարք ունիքի մարզի թիվ 22 եւ 24 ԸԸՀ նախագահներ Ալբերտ Աղեկյանի եւ Սարո Ղազարյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին կայացած ԸԸՀ նիստերում հաստատվել են հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած ընտրությունների նախնական  արդյունքները՝ առանց վերաքվեարկության որոշումների կամ վիճարկումների հավանականության:»

Լուսակունքում հաղթած  թեկնածու Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանը մրցակցից ավել էր ստացել 3 ձայն, պարտված թեկնածուի դիմումի համաձայն կատարվել է վերահաշվարկ, որով մեկ անգամ եւս նախնական արդյունքները մնացել են անփոփոխ, վերահաշվարկի ընթացքում հանձնաժողովը չի հայտնաբերել այնպիսի խախտում, որն ազդեր ընդհանուր արդյունքների վրա, ուստի եւ հաղթող է ճանաչվել եւ գյուղապետի պաշտոնում ընտրված է համարվում Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանը»-ներկայացրեց թիվ 24 ԸԸՀ նախագահ Սարո Ղազարյանը:
