Ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ զոհված հետախույզ Գեղամ Մկրտչյանի հայրական տան բակը սառն է ու տխուր: Վանք գյուղի կենտրոնական թաղամասի՝ ոչնչով աչքի չընկնող տներից մեկում է ծնվել ու ապրել Գեղամը: Առավոտ կանուխ մոտենում եմ Մկրտչյանների տան դարպասին: Գեղամի հայրը լուռ՝ բակը կարգի բերելով է զբաղված: Մայրը մի փեշ կորկոտ է փռել չորացնելու եւ ձեռքի ափով մեղմ գլորում է հատիկները, որ լավ չորանան, գրում է Hetq.am-ը:

Ռաշիդ Մկրտչյանն ասում է, որ կոնֆլիկտը միայն ղարաբաղցիները կարող են լուծել՝ կռվով: Ազատամարտիկն իր փորձից է ասում: «Մեր վախտը գեներալ Իվանյանին զինվորնին հարց են տվել՝ պարոն գեներալ, պատերազմը վերջացա՞վ: Ասել ա՝ չէ, պատերազմը նոր ա սկսել: Մենք էնքան պիտի թխինք, վեր իրանք ձեռները պցցնին, իրանք խնդրեն, վեր պատերազմը վենն անենք: Վեչ մի պետություն մեզ օգնող չի: Մենք պիտի մեր կռիվը անենք, պրծնենք: Քառօրյա պատերազմը մի լյավ խաղ ա լյալ: Ռուսին ու Թուրքիայի հաշտության հետի մեր հարյուր ջահելը մահացալ ան: Տյրա պատասխանը ո՞վ ա տալու՝ վեչ մինը: Մինն էլ ա կարալ չի տյրա պատասխանը տա: Ասում ա՝ ամեն ինչ ունինք: Բա խի՞ չի կռիվ արալ: Գեներալնին ամեն մինը տասը մաշին ունին, ջիփեր ունին: Թող էդ ջիպերը վերցնին, զենք առնին, կռիվ անին»:
