Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում hոկտեմբերի 12-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի և ԵԽԽՎ նախագահ Պեդրո Ագրամունտի հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Վեհաժողովի աշխատանքներին առնչվող ընթացիկ հարցերը, քաղաքական գործընթացների հնարավոր զարգաց ումները, համագործակցության եզրերը, ԵԽԽՎ-ում շրջանառվող նախաձեռնությունների ընթացքը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի աշխատակազմից՝ հավելելով. «Գոյություն ունեցող ավանդույթի համաձայն, ըստ որի ընդունված են Վեհաժողովի նախագահների այցերը անդամ երկրներ, ԵԽԽՎ գործող նախագահը ևս ցանկություն է հայտնել այցելել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն:

Պեդրո Ագրամունտը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ պատրաստվում է հայկական և ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունների միջև շփումներ կազմակերպելու նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալ և քննարկել ԵԽԽՎ աշխատանքները առավել կառուցողական հունով տանելու հնարավորությունները::

Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը զրույցի ընթացքում նշել է, որ, իհարկե, վերջին շրջանում ԵԽԽՎ-ում կատարվող գործընթացները, նոր նախաձեռնությունները շատ կարևոր են և իրենց ազդեցությունը թողնում են ողջ վեհաժողովային գործընթացների վրա, և այդ իմաստով, անշուշտ, էական են ԵԽԽՎ նախագահի նախաձեռնությունները, ամեն դեպքում, հայկական կողմը ակնկալում է ԵԽԽՎ նախագահի առավել անկողմնակալ, հավասարակշռված  և անաչառ մոտեցումները, ինչը կնպաստի, առաջին հերթին,

Վեհաժողովի աշխատանքների արդյունավետությանը և մթնոլորտի բարելավմանը: Կողմերը համաձայնել են  անդրադառնալ բ արձրացված հարցերին գալիք  տարվա հունվարյան նստաշրջանում»:
