Իշխանության ֆարսն ու խաղի կեղտոտ կանոնները ժողովրդի՞, թե՞ ընդդիմության դեմ են

Վերջին ու հատկապես Վանաձորում անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքները վկայում են այն մասին, որ իշխող կուսակցությունը շարունակում է վաղուց որդեգրած իր քաղաքականությունը, այն է՝ կոլապսի մեջ գցել ու հնարավորինս ճնշել ժողովրդի քվեն ունեցող ընդդիմադիր ուժին՝ անցկացնել սեփական թեկնածուին: Հաղթանակ գրանցելու մեթոդներն իշխանությանմոտ, ինչ խոսք, տարբեր են՝ արհեստական ընդդիմության ստեղծումից ընդհուպ PR-ի կեղտոտ մեխանիզմների ներդրում։ Ներկայումս առավել արդիական է խոսել  ներքաղաքական կյանքի ճահճացած վիճակի ու դրա հետեւանքերի մասին:

Ինչպես  ORER.am-ի հետ զրուցի ժամանակ նշեց  քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը, իշխանությունների եւ իրենց  ընդդիմադիր հորջորջող կուսակցական առաջնորդների շնորհիվ ընդդիմությունն այսօր ամբողջությամբ մարգինալացված վիճակում է:

«Բացեիբաց երեւում է, որ այսօր ընդդիմություն կոչվածը, որպես այդպիսին, չկա: Հասարակությունը հասկանում է, որ այսօր կա ավելի շատ վերահսկելի ընդդիմություն, որը վերահսկվում է իշխանության կողմից ու հարկ եղած դեպքում այդ նույն ընդդիմադիրները խաղում են ընդդիմության դաշտում»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ որպես օրինակ բերելով Վանաձորում անցկացված ընտրությունները։

«Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Վանաձորում, դրա վառ ապացույցն է, երբ Քրիստ Մարուքյանի հետ մեկ օր առաջ համաձայնագիր ստորագրած ուժից չորս հոգի դավաճանեց նրան ու սատարեց ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուին»,- ասաց Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ ընդդիմության իմիջին շեշտակի հարված հասցնողներից են նաեւ այնպիսի քաղաքական գործիչները, որոնք բավական սերտ կապեր ունեն իշխանության մեջ գտնվող անձանց հետ, սակայն ցանկանում են հասարակությանը համոզել, որ ընդդիմադիր են:

«Հետաքրքիր էր նաեւ երեկվա ֆարսը, երբ Վիկտր Դալլաքյանը դուրս եկավ նախագաի աշխատակազմից ու կտրուկ հայտարարեց, որ ընդդիմություն է դառնում: Սա ուղղակի ընդդիմադիր կոչվող  կուսակցություններին շեշտակի հարված է հասցնում: Նման քաղաքական գործիչների պահվածքը հասարակությունը չի ողջունում ու չի ընդունում»,- նշեց քաղաքագետը:

Իշխանության նման պահվածքը, իհարկե, մտահոգիչ է, քանզի պետք է հստակ հասկանալ՝ իշխանության կեղտոտ խաղերն ավելի շուտ  ընդդիմությա՞ն, թե՞ հասարակության դեմ են ուղղված։
