Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության շրջանակներում իրականացվող ցանկացած քայլ միտված է կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների անվտանգության ապահովմանը: ArmHitec-2016 զենքի և սպառազինության միջազգային ցուցահանդեսի բացման արարողության ընթացքում իր ելույթում այս մասին ասաց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկ ոլայ Բորդյուժան: «Իհարկե, գլխավոր ջանքերը միտված են առաջին հերթին քաղաքական միջոցներով անվտանգության ապահովմանը՝ օգտագործելով այն մեծ քաղաքական ներուժը, որը կա անդամ երկրներում: Սակայն իրադարձությունների զարգացման տրամաբանությունը, տենդենցները խոսում են միայն մի բանի մասին՝ ամրապնդել կազմակերպության ուժային պոտենցիալը», - Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Բորդյուժան:

Նա հավելեց, որ հենց դրա համար են ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում ձևավորվել հավաքական ուժեր, հավաքական երկկողմ խմբերը ձևավորում են բազաներ անդամ երկրների տարածքներում: «Այս ամենը միտված է մեր կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների սուվերենությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ապահովելուն: Բայց, որպեսզի այդ ուժերը գործեն արդյունավետ, կարողանան դիմակայել ցանկացած սպառնալիքի, դրանք պետք է ապահովված լինեն ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ և տեխնիկայով, իսկ այդ տեխնիկան պետք է օգտագործվի համատեղ, որպեսզի զինծառայողները դժվարություններ չունենան համատեղ հավաքական մարտական օպերացիաների ընթացքում: Հենց դրա համար է Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդն այդքան շատ ջանքեր գործադրում կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների միջև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը խթանելու համար»,- ասաց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:

Բորդյուժան հավելեց, որ Հայաստանում անցկացվող զենքի և սպառազինության միջազգային ցուցահանդեսն էլ հենց այդ ջանքերի ապացույցն է, ինչն ուղղված է համատեղ արդյունաբերական ներուժի օգտագործմանը, նոր զինատեսակների ստեղծմանը, համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների, ինչպես նաև զինտեխնիկայի վերանորոգման համատեղ ծառայությունների ստեղծմանը: Նա շեշտեց, որ ցուցահանդեսը Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ է անցկացվում՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ այն ապագայում կդառնա Հայաստանի «թրենդը»:
