ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Շիրակի մարզի իրավապահ մարմիններին ներկայացրեց մարզի նորանշանակ դատախազին

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հոկտեմբերի 15-ին Շիրակի մարզի իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին պաշտոնապես ներկայացրեց մարզի նորանշանակ դատախազին: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի հոկտեմբերի 12-ի հրամանագրով արդարադատության երրորդ դասի խորհրդական Կարեն Ավագի Գաբրիելյանը նշանակվել է Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ՝ ազա տվելով նույն մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնից:

Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը դատախազական համակարգում աշխատում է 2013 թվականից: Մինչ այդ աշխատել է որպես քննիչ, այնուհետև հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ, ղեկավարել է Սյունիքի մարզի քննչական ստորաբաժանումը, եղել է «Արթիկ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի հսկող դատախազը:  Մարզի արդեն նախկին դատախազ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանի՝ Երևան քաղաքի դատախազ նշանակվելուց հետո ՇՄ դատախազի պաշտոնը մոտ մեկ ամիս թափուր էր: Ժամանակավորապես դատախազի պաշտոնակատարի  գործառույթները՝ մինչև դատախազի պաշտոնում նշանակվելն,  իրականացրել է  Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:

Նույն օրն այցի շրջանակներում   ՀՀ գլախոր դատախազն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն ունեցավ մարզի իրավապահ համակարգի ղեկավարների և ներկայացուցիչների հետ: «Կարծում եմ՝ կարևոր է, որ մեր գործընկերներն անմիջապես ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազից լսեն այն բոլոր պահանջները, սկզբունքերն ու կանոնները, որոնք այսուհետ վերաբերելու են  մեր աշխատանքին: Պահանջներն, ըստ էության,  վերաբերում եմ ամբողջ հանրապետությանը՝ յուրաքանչյուրս պարտավոր ենք լինել մեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքին` ընդ որում գիշեր ու զօր, որպեսզի ցանկացած դեպքով, որով կզբաղվի դատախազությունը, իրականացվի բազմակողմանի օբյեկտիվ քննություն: Պետք է կարողանանք հասնել հանրային այն ընկալմանը, որ օրենքի առջև բոլորն էլ հավասար են»,-մինչ խորհրդակցությունը լրագրողների հետ ունեցած ճեպազրույցում նշեց Արթուր Դավթյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Շիրակի մարզում գրանցված մի քանի աղմկարահույց դեպքերի բացահայտումներին՝ Արթուր Դավթյանը նշեց, որ ինչպես Շիրակի, այնպես էլ հանրապետության մյուս մարզերի դատախազություններն իրենց գործառույթներն իրականացնում եմ բարեխղճորեն: «Բայց ցանկացած աշխատանքում էլ կան թերացումներ: Ցանկացած աշխատանք  ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու ու կատարելագործվելու տեղ ունի»,-հավելեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը:
