Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը հայտարարել է, որ Մոսուլի ազատագրման շրջանակում օդային գործողություններին մասնակցել են թուրքական ռազմական ինքնաթիռները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Միլլիեթ» պարբերականը:

«Մենք ծրագրեր ենք կազմել ցանկացած իրավիճակի համար: Նախապատրաստությունները վերջացել են: Եթե Թուրքիայի դեմ իրավիճակ ստեղծվի, անմիջապես անհրաժեշտ քայլեր կձեռնարկվեն»,- ասել է Յըլդըրըմը` ընդգծելով, որ իրենք հավատարիմ են մնում նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի խոսքերին, որ Թուրքիան «թե գործողություններում է լինելու, թե բանակցային սեղանին»:

Թուրքիայի վարչապետը հայտնել է, որ թուրքական օդուժը միջազգային կոալիցիայի ուժերի հետ Մոսուլում մասնակցել է օդային գործողություններին: «Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հայտարարում էին, թե Թուրքիան Մոսուլում անելիք չունի, ստացան պատասխանը»,- ասել է Յըլդըրըմը:

Նախօրեին Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել էր Մոսուլում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչականխմբավորման դեմ իրականացվող գործողություններին մասնակցելու մասին: «Ասում են` թող Թուրքիան Մոսուլ չմտնի: Ինչպե՞ս չմտնենք: 350 կմ սահման ունենք: Սպառնալիքի տակ ենք: Նրանք, ովքեր որևէ կապ չունեն, գալիս-գնում են: Մենք լինելու ենք և գործողություններում, և բանակցային սեղանին: Անհնար է, որ մենք այս գործընթացից դուրս մնանք»,- ասել էր Թուրքիայի նախագահը:
