Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը հոկտեմբերի 22-ին դասախոսություն է կարդացել Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան Համալսարանի քաղաքագիտության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների ծրագրի ուսանողների համար «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքականություն. մարտահրավերներ և հնարավորություններ» թեմայով։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի  վարչությունից, Կարեն Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է ԼՂՀ արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգի գերակա ուղղությունները, անդրադարձել Արցախի ԱԳՆ գործունեության առանձնահատկություններին։

Խոսելով ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի մասին` արտաքին գործերի նախարարը նշել է, որ այն պետք է ուղղված լինի ԽՍՀՄ փլուզման և Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարտադրված պատերազմի արդյունքում ձևավորված ԼՂՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի խաղաղ համագոյակցության համար անհրաժեշտ մեխանիզմների ու պայմանների մշակմանը։

Կարեն Միրզոյանը նաև անդրադարձել է ԼՂՀ միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացին, տարբեր բնագավառներում համագործակցության հաստատմանը և զարգացմանը։ Այս համատեքստում ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը կարևորել է միջազգային գործընթացներում ԼՂՀ ներգրավվածության մակարդակի բարձրացումը` որպես տարածաշրջանում կայունության գրավականներից մեկը։ Այնուհետև Կարեն Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է ներկաների բազմաթիվ հարցերին։
