Լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի վերսկսման հենք այս պահին գոյություն չունի: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ արվում է ամեն ինչ' իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու ուղղությամբ:
«Այսօր ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի լարված իրավիճակը հանդարտեցվի: Այս օրերի վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ գլոբալ առումով լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի հենք գոյություն չունի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' ասել է նախարարը:
Անդրադառնալով փաստին, որ մի խումբ կամավորականներ բարձրացել են դիրքեր եւ սատարում են զինծառայողներին, նախարարը նշել է, որ այսօրվա բանակի ցանկացած զինծառայող ունի ռազմական վարպետության աստիճանը, գիտելիքներն ու փորձառությունը, որ ունեն նաեւ փորձառու զինվորականները: «Պարզապես մարտական գործողությունների փորձառությունը կարող է լրացվել եւ փորձառու զինծառայողի հմտությունն ու այսօրվա զինծառայողի պատրաստության բարձր մակարդակն այն համաձուլվածքն է, որ կարող է բերել միասնական հաջողությունների: Նրանք գնացել են ոգեւորելու մեր զինծառայողներին եւ դա շատ կարեւոր է: Առայժմ բանակը այս իրավիճակում' առանց համալրման եւ մարտական պատրաստակամության բարձր աստիճանի բերման ի վիճակի է իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները լուծելու: Դուք տեսաք' մեր տված պատասխաններն այնքան հուժկու են, որ նրանք պետք է խելքի գան»,- ընդգծել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպմանը, նախարարն ասել է, որ ներկայացրել է սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակն ու հայ զինծառայողների հմուտ գործողությունները: Նախարարը շեշտել է, որ կատարվածի ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն, ու այն փաստը, որ հակառակորդը բազմակի անգամ ավելի կորուստներ է ունեցել հերթական անգամ փաստում է, որ այդ երկրի ղեկավարությունը պատասխանտվություն չի կրում մարդկանց ճակատագրերի համար:
Նախարարը նաեւ առաջարկել է ԱԺ խմբակցություններին' մասնակից լինել պետական բանակային միջոցառումներին' համախմբելու բանակին, անձնակազմին, ոգեւորելու զինծառայողներին եւ այն ծնողներին, որոնց զավակները զոհվել կամ վիրավորվել են: Նաեւ աշխատանք տանելու նրանք օգնելու համար:
