Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է «Էրեբունի-Երևան 2796» տոնակատարություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով Երևան այցելած ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրերին և շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հրավերն ընդունելու համար՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նկատել է, որ սա հայկական երկու պետությունների մայրաքաղաքների միջև հաստատված ամուր բարեկամության ևս մեկ ապացույցն է և աշխարհին միասնական ներկայանալու հրաշալի հնարավորություն. «Այս օրերին Երևանում են գտնվում նաև շուրջ 40 պատվիրակություններ՝ գործընկեր և քույր քաղաքներից, և ես վստահ եմ, որ իսկապես հաճելի ժամանակ կանցկացնեք Երևանում: Ինչ վերաբերում է գործնականին, ապա ասեմ, որ արդեն իսկ հանձնարարել եմ համապատասխան օղակների պատասխանատուներին Ստեփանակերտի գործընկերների հետ միասին քննարկել և նախապատրաստել Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի միջև համագործակցության քառամյա նոր համաձայնագրի նախագիծը: Ու ես համոզված եմ, պարոն քաղաքապետ, որ համագործակցության շարունակականության արդյունքում ևս կգրանցենք նշանակալի արդյունքներ՝ էլ ավելի ակտիվացնելով նաև փոխգործակցությունը Երևանի և ԼՂՀ շրջանների միջև», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանն էլ իր հերթին, շնորհավորելով Տարոն Մարգարյանին Երևանի օրվա կապակցությամբ, շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Երևանի և Ստեփանակերտի արդյունավետ համագործակցության ամրապնդման և ընդլայնման հարցում Երևանի քաղաքապետի կողմից ցուցաբերվող մշտական պատրաստակամության և ջանքերի համար. «Պարոն քաղաքապետ, այսօր իսկապես հաճելի է արձանագրել, որ երկուստեք մեր փոխգործակցությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով զարգանում է արդյունավետ, գրանցվող հաջողություններն էլ իսկապես շոշափելի են: Եվ այդ ամենում, անշուշտ, շատ մեծ է Ձեր անձնական ներդրումը, ինչի համար մեկ անգամ ևս ուզում եմ իմ և բոլոր ստեփանակերտցիների անունից ի դեմս Ձեզ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ողջ աշխատակազմին՝ երկու մայրաքաղաքների արդյունավետ համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնման հարցում ցուցաբերվող մշտական պատրաստակամության ու ջանքերի համար: Վստահ եմ, որ առաջիկայում ստորագրվելիք համագործակցության քառամյա ծրագրով նախատեսված բոլոր կետերը ևս մենք կկարողանանք կյանքի կոչել: Օգտվելով առիթից՝ ուզում եմ առանձնակի կարևորել նաև Երևանի զարգացմանն ուղղված Ձեր սրտացավ ու հետևողական աշխատանքը, որի արդյունքներին ականատես ենք ամեն օր, ու բոլոր հայերիս մայրաքաղաք Երևանի օրեցօր առավել բարեկարգ ու հարմարավետ դառնալը մեզ համար նաև լավագույն փորձն ընդօրինակելու փայլուն հնարավորություն է, ինչը և փորձելու ենք կյանքի կոչել նաև Ստեփանակերտում», - նշել է Սուրեն Գրիգորյանը:
