ՀԱԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը վատ նախադեպ է

Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում, անդրադառնալով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ համագործակցության մասին հարցին, ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լեվոն Զուրաբյանը հակիրճ նշել է, որ Ծառուկյանի հետ համագործակցությունը շատ վատ նախադեպ է։ Ինչ խոսք, քաղաքական գործընթացի առումով այդ համագործակցությունը կարելի է ձախողված բնորոշել հայտնի հետևանքների պատճառով։ Սակայն այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, թե արդյոք նման ձախողումները կարող են լինել միակողմանի և միայն Ծառուկյանի հեռանալն էր պատճառը։ Ժամանակին արդյո՞ք Ծառուկյանին «հայկական Իվանիշվիլի» հայտարարելուց առաջ քաղաքական ուժը չպետք է նաև Ծառուկյանի հանդեպ որոշակի պատասխանատվություններ ստանձներ, որոնց թվում պետք է լիներ նաև քաղաքական աջակցությունը։

Իսկ այդ աջակցությունը Ծառուկյանը չստացավ իր գործընկերոջից իր քաղաքական կարիերայի, կարելի է ասել՝ ամենադրամատիկ պահին, երբ Հանրապետական վերնախավը քաղաքական տեքստից դուրս բառապաշարով Ծառուկյանին անարգանքի սյունին էր գամել։ Գուցե ՀԱԿ պատկերացումները գործընկերության մասին հենց այդքանով էլ ավարտվում են, այսինքն՝ ամենակարևոր պահերին ձեռքները ծալած նստելով։ Համենայնդեպս, իրականությունը հենց այս մասին է վկայում։

Ի դեպ, պետք է շեշտել, որ այստեղ բոլորովին էլ էական չեն այն բոլոր կուլիսային գործընթացները, որոնք նախորդել ու հաջորդել են 2015 թվականի փետրվարյան հայտնի իրադարձություններին, քանի որ հասարակությունը դատում է այն ամենով, ինչ տեսնում է և ընդհանրապես պարտավոր չէ խորապես տեղյակ լինել ու գիտակցել քաղաքականության բոլոր նրբերանգները։ Անշուշտ, հայաստանյան իրականության առանձնահատկություններից մեկը նաև այն է, որ շատ հարցեր լուծվում են կուլիսներում, սակայն սա չի նվազեցնում այն իրողությունը, որ ակնհայտ է։

Իսկ ակնհայտությունը հետևյալն է՝ ՀԱԿ-ը իշխանական բուրգից մի մասնիկ պոկելու քաղաքական կուրսում պարզապես օգտագործեց Ծառուկյանի ռեսուրսները, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսական, սակայն հետագա պրոցեսներում, երբ Ծառուկյանի համար հրատապ խնդիր էր քաղաքական աջակցությունը, նա չստացավ այդ օժանդակությունը, որը մեկնաբանվում է շատ հասարակ՝ ՀԱԿ-ը ցանկանում էր ուրիշի ձեռքով կրակից շագանակներ հանել, որը չստացվեց, իսկ նրանք պարզապես լվացին իրենց ձեռքերը։

Այսքանից հետո, թե ինչքանով է նպատակահարմար «շատ վատ նախադեպ» հայտարարել Ծառուկյանի հետ համագործակցությունը, դժվար է ասել, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ Ծառուկյանը լիարժեք, միգուցե նաև ավելի շատ իրավունքներ ունի ՀԱԿ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը գնահատել համագործակցության շատ վատ նախադեպ, քանի որ անհամեմատելի են այդ համագործակցությունից Ծառուկյանի և ՀԱԿ-ի կրած կորուստները։ Վերջինիս պարագայում կարծես որևէ կորուստ չկա։ Ի դեպ, ՀԱԿ-ը նման պայմաններում հանդես է գալիս ընդդիմության միավորման մասին հայտարարություններով։ Արժե՞ արդյոք վստահել այդ հայտարարություններին, կարող են դատել մյուս կուսակցությունները՝ պայմանով, որ հաշվի առնեն Ծառուկյանի փորձը։
