Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի և ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստերին մասնակից երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարներին ընդունել է Բելառուսի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն:

Նախագահ Լուկաշենկոն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության կազմակերպությունն ու Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը լավ հարթակ են անդամ պետությունների միջև երկխոսության կայացման, ինչպես նաև՝ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներն առաջ մղման առումով:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ օրակարգերում գտնվող մի շարք հարցեր: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Բելառուսի Հանրապետություն կատարած այցի շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Մինսկում մասնակցել է ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նեղ, ապա ընդլայնված կազմով նիստերին:

ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստի շրջանակում քննարկվել և հավանության են արժանացել մի շարք նախագծեր: Մասնավորապես, խորհուրդը հավանություն է տվել ԱՊՀ մարմինների 2017 թ. միասնական բյուջեի ու 2015թ. միասնական բյուջեի կատարողականի նախագծերին, ստորագրվել են մի շարք փաստաթղթեր:

Միաժամանակ խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստն անցկացնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:

Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի և ԱՊՀ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստերից հետո վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարճ ճեպազրույց է ունեցել ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ  բանակցություններն ու քննարկումները բավական հետաքրքիր էին, և այս հարթակները հարմար են՝ հետխորհրդային երկրներում թե՛ շուկայի, թե՛ հետաքրքրությունների առումով կուտակված հարցերը քննարկելու համար: «Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ քննարկումները բուռն էին և առարկայական, որովհետև Մաքսային օրենսգրքին էին վերաբերուÕ ´: Քանի որ կային չլուծված հարցեր, պայմանավորվել ենք նոյեմբերի 15-ին նորից հանդիպել Մոսկվայում», - ասել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
