ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակությունը երկու օր է՝ գտնվում էր Արցախում, որի ժամանակ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի, ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանի, քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների, այդ թվում՝ խմբակցությունների նախագահների ու անդամների հետ, այս մասին խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ հայտնեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

«Եղել ենք Թալիշում, եղել ենք առաջնագծում եւ հանդիպել արցախցիների ու զինվորների հետ: Առանձին հանդիպում է եղել Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանի հետ: Հանդիպումների ե՛ւ պաշտոնական, ե՛ւ ոչ պաշտոնական մասը շատ արդյունավետ էր: Կարող եմ ասել, որ ՀՀ եւ ԼՂՀ իշխանությունների, հասարակության կարծիքը Արցախի հարցի լուծման շուրջ նույնն է: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ Արցախը պետք է ապահովված լինի անվտանգ ապագայով: Արցախը որեւէ կարգավիճակով չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Սա բոլորի համոզմունքն է»,- շեշտեց Է. Շարմազանովը:

Ինչպես նշեց Շարմազանովը, քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո պետք է հստակ քայլեր իրականացնել շտկումներ անելու համար, սակայն մինչ թեմային անդրադառնալը Շարմազանովը նկարագրեց սահմանում տիրող վիճակը։

«Յուրաքանչյուր այցելությունից հետո միշտ առաջընթաց ենք նկատում, այս անգամ եւս դրական տեղաշարժը նկատելի էր: Ակնհայտ է, որ մեր առաջնագիծն այսօր ամբողջական կերպով ապահովված է տեխնիկական ու ռազմատեխնիկական ողջ այն սարքավորումներով, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են առաջնագիծն ավելի խաղաղ ապահովելու համար: Մեր զինվորների թե՛ մարտական պատրաստվածությունը, թե՛ մարտական ոգին շատ բարձր մակարդակի վրա է»,- ասաց նա։

«Ինչպես արդեն ասացի, կան նաեւ որոշակի խնդիրներ, որոնք պետք է շտկվեն: Թալիշում այսօր կա վերաբնակեցման խնդիր, մարդկանց թիվն այնտեղ քիչ է: Մեր պատվիրակությունն այդ հարցը քննարկել է ե՛ւ Բակո Սահակյանի, ե՛ւ թալիշցիների հետ, եկել ենք այն եզրահանգման որ պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկենք Թալիշի վերականգնման համար: Մենք պետք է ֆոնդ բացենք, որպեսզի Թալիշի դպրոցն ու մանկապարտեզը շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում վերականգնենք: Մենք պետք է նաեւ լուրջ քայլեր ձեռնարկենք, որ մեր քույրերն ու եղբայրները վերադառնան Թալիշ»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ Է. Շարմազանովի՝ եղել են հստակ հանձնարարականներ, որպեսզի բոլոր պատգամավորները ներառվեն ծրագրի իրագործմանը: Մինչեւ գարուն թալիշցիները պետք է վերադառնան ու գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներով զբաղվեն:
