Այսօր ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների նիստում 2017թ. բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկումների ժամանակ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հրանտ Բագրատյանը հարց ուղղեց. «Բյուջեի ուղերձում ունենք նման նախադասություն. 2017 թվականի տնտեսական աճն արագացող կլինի՝ պայմանավորված ինչպես արտաքին զարգացումներով, այնպես էլ նրանով, որ 2016 թվականին իրականացվել է խթանող հարկաբյուջետային ու դրամավարկային քաղաքականություն: Չեմ կարողանում հասկանալ՝ 2017 թվականին դուք ոչինչ չե՞ք  անելու»:

Ինչպես նա նշեց, Աստված չանի, որ այս բյուջեն կատարվի, իսկ եթե կատարվի էլ, նորից աղետ է, ոչ մի դրական տեղաշարժ չի լինելու:

«Ես հիշեցնեմ, որ 2007 թվականին ՀՀԿ-ն ԱԺ-ում մեծամասնություն կազմելուց հետո խոստացավ տարեկան 7%-անոց աճ ապահովել: Այս տարի լրանում է ՀՀԿ-ի կառավարման 10-ամյա ժամկետը, իսկ տնտեսական աճի գումարային տոկոսը կազմել է 30%: Այնինչ, եթե 7%-անոց աճի խոստումը պահպանվեր, ապա ստացվելու էր 91%: Նույն խոստումը տվել էր Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Հիմա ես ուզում եմ ասել՝ ինձ թվում է՝  էս տնտեսագիտական թիմը լուրջ պրոբլեմներ ունի: Ամենամեծ խնդիրն էսօր դո՛ւք եք, դո՛ւք, փոխվարչապետը, Կենտրոնական բանկի ղեկավարությունը: Ա՛յ ընկերներ, աճ եք խոսք տվել, գնացեք գտեք էդ աճը: Բերում եք, ասում եք՝ վերականգնողական, հարկաբյուջետային, բա դուք ինչի՞ համար եք: Հարց եմ տալիս՝ դուք ինչի՞ համար եք, ձեզ ինչի՞ համար ենք աշխատավարձ վճարում»,- ասաց Հ. Բագրատյանը։

«Նախկին վարչապետներից Տիգրան Սարգսյանն Անիի ավերակներ սարքեց տնտեսությունն ու գնաց, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ժամանակ տնտեսական աճը թեեւ ավելացել էր, բայց խոստացածից քիչ էր, իսկ այս բյուջեն մի քայլ էլ հետ է: Հերթական տարին, էս գլխից ասվում է, բոլոր դեպքերում լավը չի կարող լինել: Անընդհատ ասում եք՝ կայուն լինի: Թող կայուն լինի: Գերեզմանում էլ է կայունություն»,- ասաց նա:
