Նորընծա «ռեֆորմիստ», ԲՀԿ ու 5-6 այլ կուսակցություն նախկինում փոխած երիտասարդ քաղաքական գործիչ Վահան Բաբայանը մտադիր է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ներկայանալ դաշինքով, ընդ որում, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս, դաշինք է կազմելու Հանրապետականի հետ։ Այս մասին են որոշել ռեֆորմիստները վերջերս կայացած համագումարում։ Թե ինչ են այս մասին մտածում Հանրապետական կուսակցությունում, դեռ պարզ չէ, քանի որ համագործակցության առաջարկ Բաբայան Վահանը դեռ նրանց չի արել։ Բացի այդ՝ Հանրապետականի ներսում էլ կարծես ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ պարզ չէ, քանզի Հանրապետականը միայն առաջին հայացքից է կուռ կուսակցություն, իսկ իրականում իշխանական կուսակցությունը տարբեր խմբավորումների ու կլանների բախման միջավայր է, որտեղ բոլորովին էլ հստակ չէ, թե ով կլինի կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակում։
 
Սակայն սա բոլորովին այլ պատմություն է։ Կարևորն այն է, որ Բաբայան Վահանը պատրաստվում է դաշինքի։ Ըստ էության, կուսակցական կամ քաղաքական դաշինքները սովորական երևույթ են, սակայն երբ նման հայտարարություններով հանդես է գալիս մի անհատ, ով տակավին երիտասարդ հասակում հասցրել է բազմաթիվ կուսակցություններ համտես անել, ապա հանգրվանել է իր «բացած» կուսակցությունում, սկսում ես մտածել, որ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտի այլասերումը սկսվում է այսօրինակ միտումներից։
 
Անշուշտ, նման գործիչներն առաջին հերթին հայտարարում են ազգին ու պետությանը ծառայելու իրենց անհագ ցանկության մասին, իրենց գործունեության, եթե կարելի է գործունեություն համարել, անշահախնդիր ու անձնվեր լինելու մասին։ Սակայն հասարակությունը կույր չէ, ինչքան էլ մենք հաճախ խոսենք հանրության քաղաքացիական ցածր գիտակցության մասին։ Հայաստանը իրավամբ փոքր երկիր է, որտեղ բոլորը գիտեն բոլորի մասին, այդ թվում՝ Վահան Բաբայանի։ Ընդ որում՝ պետք է շեշտել, որ խոսքը Բաբայանի անձի մասին չէ, որը մեզ չափազանց քիչ է հետաքրքրում, այլ զուտ երևույթի, երբ անհատը կամ իրեն քաղաքական գործիչ համարող անձը պատրաստ է ցանկացած քայլի՝ իշխանության կերակրատաշտին փոքր-ինչ մոտենալու համար։ Նման երևույթներ մեր իրականության մեջ չափազանց շատ են ոչ միայն անհատների, այլև կուսակցությունների մակարդակում։ Ի դեպ, այս առումով էլ բոլորովին վերջերս Բաբայանի նախկին կուսակից Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանն էր ԲՀԿ-ից հեռանալուց ու կուսակցություն «բացելուց» հետո հայտարարում, որ հիմնել է իշխանամետ կուսակցություն։
 
Հենց նման իրողություններն են, որ աղճատում են քաղաքականության ընկալումները, քանի որ գոնե արտաքուստ, գոնե հռչակագրային կանոններով քաղաքական կուսակցությունը ստեղծվում է իշխանության համար պայքարելու համար։
 
Սակայն սա բոլորովին չի վերաբերում Բաբայանին, Ուրիխանյանին և մյուս բաբաուրիխանյաններին, որոնք պարզապես կարող են իշխանության և իշխանության կուսակցության նկատմամբ իրենց անմնացորդ նվիրումն ապացուցելով մոտ մնալ իշխանության խնջույքի սեղանին կամ սեղանի մնացորդներին։ Իհարկե, հարց է առաջանում, թե այդ դեպքում ինչու պարզապես չանդամակցել իշխանության կուսակցությանը և անիմաստ ժամանակ ծախսել պետռեգիստրից կուսակցության մասին «տեղեկանք» ստանալու համար, չնայած այս հարցի պատասխանն էլ է ակնհայտ, սակայն սա արդեն այլ թեմա է։
