Այսօր խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն անկեղծանալով հայտնեց, որ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը 2017 թվականի համար տրամադրված գումարները բավարար են, սակայն գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտը համապատասխան ձեւով զարգացնելու համար բավարար չեն:

Հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք գյուղացիներին հատկացվող դիզվառելիքի եւ պարարտանյութի գումարները պակասել են, նախարարը պատասխանեց հետեւյալ կերպ.
«Գումարը ոչ թե նվազել է, այլ պարարտանյութի արժեքն է նվազել: Բացի դրանից՝ մեր ֆերմերային տնտեսությունների կողմից կա 1 միլիարդ պարտք գյուղնախարարությանը կամ բյուջեին: Այս պարտքերի հարցը պետք է որոշենք, թե ինչ ենք անում, քանի որ որոշ դեպքերում, երբ մենք համոզված ենք, որ եղել է չարաշահում ու անվանական գիտենք՝ ի՞նչ եւ ինչո՞ւ է կատարվել, ապա դիմել ենք դատարան»։

Պատասխանելով նաեւ այն հարցին, թե չարաշահումներն ինչ կարգի են եղել, քանի որ մամուլում կային հրապարակումներ, ըստ որոնց` նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եղբայրն էր վերցրել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հողերի համար, նախարարը պատասխանեց, թե նախկին դեպքերի համար ինքը որեւէ բան ասել չի կարող, քանի որ դրանց ուշադիր չի հետեւել:

«Ցանկացած բան կարող է լինել Հայաստանում: Դրա համար էլ ասում եմ՝ անվանական ուսումնասիրում ենք ցուցակները, որպեսզի հասկանանք՝ ո՞վ է պարտք, ի՞նչ վիճակում է, ուսումնասիրություն անենք եւ ներկայացնենք»,- ընդգծեց Առաքելյանը՝ հավելելով՝ եթե բացահայտվի, որ չարաշահումները խոշոր անձանց կողմից են եղել, միեւնույն է, օրենքի համաձայն կշարժվեն:
